In fact, my family were pretty happy and satisfied with this short staycation after being forced to stay at home mostly for more than a month.||||For future guests, I really recommend this hotel as a very good choice to stay at Semporna. ||||Booking method: Agoda||Rate: ||💥 Sea View Queen: RM 140 ||Normal BAR rate: RM 400 - RM 450 (Pre-covid19)||💥 Standard Twin Room: RM 90 ||Normal BAR rate: RM 270 - RM 300 (Pre-covid19)||||||Hotel's/room's features:||||💙 Shares a big building with other 2 hotels (Concept like between Hilton & Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur). It's in a middle section between Waveview Hotel and Sipadan Inn 3 Hotel.||💙 No swimming pool, maybe the hotel considers that most guests staying here are divers or tourists that spend their time to dive or island hopping in islands scattered in Semporna.||💙 Free parking within hotel's vicinity.||💙 Cash Refundable Deposit of RM100 is required for each room to be paid while checking-in.||💙 All type of rooms have shower type (handle and rain), no bath tubs available because of rooms' limited sizes.||💙 On your checkout, the FDA will ask the Housekeeping to check the room. Once the rooms is cleared (no damaged or missing items), they will refund the deposit.||💙 Extra bed will be available for RM 60.||💙 No suite rooms available, thus the hotel's Rating.||💙 No connecting rooms available.||💙 No mini-fridge available. ||💙 No iron & iron-board available in all type of rooms. They will lend you should you request.||💙 Prices published in Agoda and hotel walk-in is the same.||💙 For Sea View Rooms, the boats' engine noise will wake us up as the front of the hotel is actually sea water and being a way for passenger/tourist boats. The noise is minimum for high floor rooms. At night, it is peaceful anyway.||||Pros:||🤩 A quite new hotel, opened in 2016. The overall furniture are still look new.||🤩 Both rooms are crystal clear, this Factor is most important.||🤩 Complete Toilet amenities given. Basic amenities for average hotels usually consists of shampoo and soap or bath gel. This hotel gave tooth brush set, comb, shaver etc. Water pressure and hot shower is quite good too. Small water kettle, instant coffee and tea with 2 bottles of mineral water provided complimentary too.||🤩 The best part of the Sea View is that it has a fantastic sea view and it's located in the corner. It also has a balcony with 2 chairs and small table. Balcony also has a drying rack for clothes/towels. Standard Twin Room has a street view.||🤩 Nice staffs.||🤩 The big win for this hotel is definitely its location. Tourist attraction, restaurant and cafes, shops like scuba shops, pharmacies (Guardian, Watson's, Borneo Pharmacy), Spa/reflexology, Laundry, 7-Eleven, gift shop, Semporna night market(150m) and others, you name it. Bataras Hypermarket is within walking distance (200m). Best feature for divers and/or island hoppers is that it's well placed within various jetties.||🤩 Security aspect is also very important as the hotel will give room access card that also can be used to enter/exit it's main entrance. The police also frequently made rounds within the vicinity.||🤩 Complimentary wi-fi and its speed is also acceptable in Semporna. I measured using Speedtest.net and it consistently reaches 30mbps.||||Con(s):||👎🏻 Free parking within the hotel vicinity is not secure, it would be better to find a parking near 7-Eleven because it has no security fences.||👎🏻 Room design is small but matched the price. Before Covid19, it's pretty hard to get a cheap deal and beautiful-view room as this hotel always full with tourists. IMO, bathroom in standard room is better thank Sea View room.||||Feature(s) during CMCO:||🥺 No breakfast served. But this is not a major issue as there a lots of restaurants and cafes available within the hotel.||🥺 No TV Channels available (Astro). FDA told me earlier that they had to temporarily cancel the satellite channel subscription because of the extremely low occupancy. We were aware of this in advance and brought us a laptop to enjoy the free Wi-Fi usage.||||#pacificinn #semporna...

The place is a little bit old the curtains were dirty with what ever that was the doors were old and very dirty but the staff were nice no very helpful for requests outside the hotels but inside they were trying to help, I had an ant problem coming out from the AC I took care of it on my own and clean the wall if you turn on the AC there is no ants but if you turn it off for a long period it comes out unfortunately I didn't take a photo of it Goods: it was located close to everything, 7/11 is just in front of you and there were a lot of restaurants around not my type of food but I tried to adjust, and even close to the tour company I booked my tours with. The shower was hot and nice. They had a window that opens and you find a place to hang your close after washing them on your own cause they don't have a laundry service. Wifi was okay sometimes it gets slow. Do i recommend it I'm not sure but For the price I paid I don't know if there is a better one I mean after all I use it just to sleep cause the whole day I'm in...

DO NOT EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL, ITS NOT SAFE FOR YOU OR YOUR BELONGS. some guy just opened our door with another key card and tried to unlock the key chain inside. what a horrible hotel is this? call the front desk look for the one in charge and he said no one in charge until tomorrow. the guy answered the phone said wrong room. wrong room? how can he get our room card, unless the staff are with him, what if we not in the room? this hotel allow anyone even a thief to enter your room. this is not acceptable, never stayed in a hotel like this.
