Food is just so sothe soysauce they use taste weird so the steamed geoduck with vercemilli and steam crab with egg white taste are largely spoiled by the soysauce.
The shop is quite dodgy. Price in menu might not reflect actual cost. I ordered 3 coconuts which in the menu showed rm6, but they charge me rm7, upon query, they told me that the coconut i ordered was fragrant type and not the normal type, but there is no differential coconut pricing. The 2 crabs that they serve doesnt look like it is 1kg but they charge us full 1kg. Initially they charged gst without proper billing, only after i questioned their gst charge, they give me a pos receipt. I normally give benefits of doubt, but 3 incidents seems to be too much of a coincidence.
There were cats around the restaurant which the staff and owner just let it roam in the restaurant. The cats keep harassing us, and even climb up to the chair while we are eating and up to the table when we are almost done eating (but we are still eating!). For those who are allergic to cats, a definitely nono.
I wont recommend eating here, unless there is nothing...
Read moreCame here due to recommendations but needed to share my experience on the 15 March 2025 around 5pm. Ordered 4 items shown in picture and 3 drinks.
So when our food were all served, we were requested immediately to pay the bill by the server. Looking at the bill it was showing at 386RM all hand written. My wife noticed a discrepancy and we decided to recalculate and found out it only totalled to 170RM. When I confronted the server she said she didn't know and just took the bill from the cashier, hence she took it back and they rewrote to the correct calculation, no apology.
I also noticed other customers paid their bill only after they were done with their meals. Was it because they thought we were easy targets and they wanted to overcharge us off guard?
Nevertheless a warning to others.
Some of the prawns were mushy, salted egg crab was decent only the clams were well prepared.
However will never be back due to...

We had the salted egg crab, fish maw soup, thai mango barramundi, and kung po chicken. The crab and fish are tender and juicy.
To start, the crab is cooked perfectly as flesh is moist and the shell crispy. As I tore off the legs from the body, the flesh came springing out of its socket, glistening in a tint of its shellfish goodness.
As for the fish, the delicate flesh and crispy skin taste heavenly doused with a copious helping of hai chilli sauce and tangy mango.
The kung po chicken is based off soy sauce, but the sauce is not overpowering and the addition of dried chilli and ginger give some heat kicks to it.
The fish maw soup broth, is rich and thick unlike a tom yam. It is great, but a touch salty.
I had the iced nescafe as well. It was quite dark and it stood well against the like of iced nescafe served in mamak joints.
Overall, highly...
