Krishna Fish Head Curry Restaurant — Restaurant in Sabah

We decided to give it another go to try this restaurant after previous few disappointments in terms of Indian food at KK.Firstly when there was no pappadom A.K.A Appalam ,they claim it's was out of stock .We ordered 3 sets of banana leaf with additional orders of Fish curry(slice of tuna fish) ,Chicken perratal and chicken kurma.The fish curry was tasty but the chicken perratal and chicken kurmanwas a disappointment had no taste and the chicken meat was overcooked. We requested for Tayiru(Yogurt),it was literally served like curdy looking diluted water with chalk coloring (I have posted a video about this for better understanding).

I hope the restaurant owners take notes of all these,it's a long standing indian restaurant at KK .We as customers expect better when it comes to quality and customer service (Severely lacking among your workers,eg they don't even know what they are serving to you)

This place is a good restaurant to bring your family. Great atmosphere and service. The owner is friendly too and occasionally seen conversing with customers. My wife and I always come here for the best Fish Head Curry. Its thick, spicy, savoury, authentic and very ADDICTIVE! They serve the best roti too in my personal opinion. Its very fragrant and just nicely done, not too burnt and not too doughy. Other than that, we also enjoy the Tandoori chicken that comes with varieties of side vegetables cooked Malaysian Indian style and to top it off, you get free flow of Teh Tarik! There is nothing in here that is not good enough. Oh and during Ramadhan month, they serve the best Malaysian deserts you could ever find in the city. What a great place to buka puasa here! One of the most famous banana leaf curry fish head restaurant located in Penampang area, just next to CKS Hypermarket Millennium Plaza. Krishna is one of the few in Kota Kinabalu that: Provides air-conditioned dining rooms and outdoor arrangements just to suit your needs Separate dining rooms if you have some serious business discussion going on and want to avoid interruptions Strictly HALAL food only and no outside drinks allowed.
