Locals Only — Restaurant in Sabah

Nice little cafe located on the 1st floor of the building where 7-Eleven is. The building is old and run down. They serve a mix of matcha, coffee, and other drinks. While it’s not a dedicated specialty coffee shop, they do have some interesting beans like fruity Colombian ones, which coffee lovers might enjoy. Just note—they don’t serve V60 (or what’s commonly called filtered or pour-over coffee in other places).

Locals Only has been my go-to café whilst I've been visiting KK. They serve a great selection of pastries and cakes, and the staff are always super friendly and welcoming.

For real, their signature coffee is a must try, the caramel macchiato is also a banger ! The Oreo frappuccino is golden !

The pastries : I tried them all (probably) they're all excellent ! The only thing I haven't tried is the pizza.
