We are a family of four adults who recently engaged Yun Sheng Travel Agency for our trip to Sabah, and we could not have been happier with the service. Our driver and tour guide, Carleeton (also known as Ah Seng), truly made our journey memorable. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and most importantly, very accommodating to our requests, which allowed us to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.

What truly stood out was his attentiveness and flexibility. Carleeton went above and beyond in making the experience comfortable and enjoyable. He was accommodative to our needs, flexible with adjustments along the way, and always ensured that we felt at ease. His friendly personality and calm demeanor made travelling with him a genuine pleasure — we often felt as if we were touring with a trusted friend rather than just a guide.

Being a proud local Sabahan, he enriched our trip with valuable insider knowledge. We booked a Trip to Libaran Island with Yun Sheng and i Must say that i was very disapointed with the Company. The Communication is the worst - i kept on asking about Details and they told me to pay First. After i did i asked again, and they told me that they will Tell me later. So i waited for weeks. I thought it was a scam. When i asked if there was a Problem, they replied within seconds, but telling me when and where we meet or if we could bring all of out luggage was not worth answering. They also didnt give us Information when we called them. The Night before we left, They texted us at 00:49am that we meet between 9:00-9:30 in the Morning which was very stressy when we work up and saw the Text. The Mantanani island day trip combined with the probiscus monkey and firefly tour is well worth the trip! I had Kelvin as our guide for the day and he was fantastic. The office were easy and informative to deal with.

The island is gorgeous once you get there, crystal clear water. They took us to two great snorkeling spots. We then had lunch and chilled on beaches for about 2 hours.

On the probiscus monkey cruise we saw approx 4-5 times the monkeys eating in the trees. Kelvin said we were lucky.

We ended up having dinner ….then afterwards going on the firefly night tour. This was absolutely fantastic. The firefly’s actually fly into the boat and you are able to catch them in your hand.
