Visited this place for lunch on the 3rd of February 2022, and placed our order at 12.45pm. I just had to highlight that I had never been this disappointed with a café as compared to what I had just experienced here yesterday.

After 2 times of following up with the staffs of the whereabouts of my orders, they finally admitted that they sent our dishes to a wrong table. After that, I still saw all the other tables around us who came way later than us but been served with foods first. Why aren't you settling the wrong order first, keeping us wait for even longer????

The first plate of grilled chicken chop was finally served after 1 hour and 40 minutes. However, the chicken chop was cold, and the fries was soggy and cold too. Clearly, this wasn't freshly prepared!!!

After another 10 to 20 minutes from the first dish being served, one of the female staffs came telling us that they sent the dishes wrongly for the second time, and wanted us to change the spaghetti dishes to drinks! Are you even crazy? Clearly, I'd ordered drinks earlier but they wanted me to change the foods to another drinks?! Are they offering me to have drinks only for lunch???? By then, it was already almost 2 hours of wait, they're lucky that they can actually get customers like us who are this patient for waiting for 2 hours ! I could have just requested for a refund and have better lunch elsewhere!!! After that, one male staff finally came telling us that they could prepare the 2 spaghetti dishes that we ordered. Such an inconsistent decisions made!! Where's the freaking supervisor who's supposed to handle cases like this?! So, after 2-hour-and-8-minute wait, the spaghetti dishes were finally served, and the kitchen even forgot one of the sauces. Oh sigh! And I don't even bother to request for it anymore! Just had the chicken chop without the sauce.

We also took away 2 burger sets, and the staff only gave us the burgers. We even had to ask where our freaking fries went missing!!! Even up till we had finished up the 2 dishes of spaghetti, they still haven't even brought us the missing fries. Thought of just leaving without it and was heading to the car already, they finally came running to the car to hand us the fries.

One more, none of the servers provided us the utensils when they brought us the foods. The customers had to go into the café and took everything ourselves. Self-service?

The café is clearly understaffed, that's why the kitchen can't even run efficiently, and the existing staffs are also really incompetent!!! Better buck up to train the staffs well before they're out here in the serving line, else they're just ruining the name of the café and never have any returning customers anymore!!! Would rather head to other cafés and restaurants that provide way better customer service and food options.

This café isn't a newly opened one. It has been around for quite a few years. That's why such mistakes are really intolerable. So, this café clearly has lots more to learn, especially in customer service. They should have just served some drinks and provided something that's quick to prepare, such as fries to the customers who are already waiting for 2 freaking long hours. Perhaps, they could also provide options such as refund if they don't have the noodles and chicken in the kitchen anymore, why bother asking the customers to change foods to other drinks??!!

A really disappointed customer who experienced one after another disappointing events in one single dine-in experience & a customer who isn't going to return for a second time anymore!!!

So guys, if you're thinking of coming to this place, I tell you DON'T BOTHER. HEAD ELSEWHERE TO AVOID...

We stayed in De House Hotel and there is a complimentary breakfast from outright Coffee. We were told to come to get the breakfast at outright Coffee at 815am. We went slightly early but breakfast was not ready so we waited and waited and waited until 915am. Breakfast was still not served but while waiting We were served our beverages and a slice of cake for inconvenience caused. we asked the cook how long more will it take, he said a little more. We asked how long more exactly (5 mins? 10 mins?) , he couldn't answer. He only said please have some patience. So what have we been doing for the past 1 hour? Being impatient? What really ruin my view of the cafe is how the cook answered us. I would not say he answered rudely but the tone was something I wont tolerate. After that we just skipped the breakfast and head to one of the kopitiam nearby. We were actually in a hurry as we needed to travel to a rural site. Very...

One of the nicer cafe in Sibu. The coffee is good. I had ice cappucino, it's not too acidic. I had nasi lemak rendang. The rendang chicken is yums! Chicken is soft and the rendang spice is spicy but tasty. Love it. I Would love to try their breakfast menu next time.

The ambiance is nice with tree and wooden table. Is not the typical aesthetic/minimalist cafe you seen these days. I was seated outside, the staff was kind to turn on the aircond for us. So, the outside seating is comfortable.

Price wise, i think it is decent. The normal cafe price in Sibu. Food portions are okay too.

I came on long weekends. I supposed if is the regular weekend, this place do get packed. Do remember to book a table. The staff does respond quickly to WhatsApp.
