Zuhra Hotel — Hotel in Borneo

We booked this hotel on Booking.com for $20 per night, but upon arrival, the price turned out to be $25 per night — and that was for a room without a window. For the size of the city and the overall conditions, this feels overpriced. In Kuala Lumpur, for example, we’ve stayed in much better rooms for $18 per night.

The staff were friendly, and that’s probably the main positive point. The bed and towels, unfortunately, had a musty smell, and the whole room had a noticeable damp odor. That said, the room itself was reasonably clean — not spotless, but acceptable.

Noise insulation was poor. At 6 AM, someone in the next room was vomiting and shouting, and it felt as though it was happening inside our own room. That same guest was smoking in the bathroom, as we could clearly smell cigarette smoke coming through.

Overall, it was an okay stay, but definitely not worth $25 per night in this location. For what you get, a fair price would be...

They are situated in the middle of the city, easily cam be reach ny any mean of transportation, especially by grab, they are sit next to rh hotel and wisma sanyan, from here, there is a lot of restaurant, including halal and mcdonald. If you are looking for 7 eleven, fret not, it also nestle in front of the hotel.||||They have almost all the amenities that any 4 start hotel, only thing is they are in minimal quantity and smaller size but it complete the need of any traveller who need place to winding up and have a decent sleep at night.||||Thing need to improve if the management want is the shower pressure, need to increase and the temperature are not so hot enough for me. The rest, just nice worth every penny and in par with the rate. I love it so much and if could please do provide a special ratr for those who need extra day of stay. Night shift receptionist just not as friendly as it should be. Upon arrival i've been waiting for a while at the counter as nobody standby at the receptionist area, find out that the person on duty were seating at guest area at the back Until his colleague call him out. The way he speak is also not as polite as he should be. Dude.. if you're not into customer service, dont work in cust service area. Especially hotel, people pay for the hospitality and people will come back due to a good review. During check out also the receptionist give us a cold service,. I Could find a hotel with better service with a cheaper price, im checking in there just because my wife had a pleasant stay before this....
