Disappointing Service Experience

I dined at on 26th December 2024 at 7 PM with my family (Booked for 23+ pax, including children), and while the food was good as usual and the cleanliness was acceptable, the service left much to be desired.

The staff, particularly the one with glasses (who I believe was also the cashier), was incredibly rude and lacked basic courtesy. If you don’t enjoy working with customers, perhaps a different line of work would be more suitable. His attitude was unacceptable and far from friendly.

We had booked the restaurant with the understanding that the dining period was 2 hours, and the closing time was 9 PM. Meaning, customers WILL STOP taking food by 9pm. However, by 8:30 PM, the staff had already started clearing the buffet counter, which cut about half an hour off into our dining time. This felt unfair, especially since we arrived and started eating at 7 PM.

The worst part was how we were essentially “kicked out.” The same staff member with glasses didn’t bother to communicate politely. Instead, he rudely turned off the lights in our dining area without any prior warning and gave us angry looks. To add insult to injury, once we left, the lights were turned back on. This behavior was extremely inconsiderate, especially since some of our family members had even helped stack plates out of courtesy.

It’s disappointing that such good food was overshadowed by poor service. I hope the management addresses this issue and trains their staff to treat customers with the respect they deserve.

23.90 per person (inclusive sst). The fried and spicy chicken- horrendous. Not that tasty, yet still gullible(maybe because i paid earlier so the urge to eat was there) The mashed potato and gravies were good though. The size of the drink glass is half the size of primary school canteen ones. The table arrangement and inner decorations are just decent with barely felt air-conditioning. Again, as if you're eating in school canteen They dont really refill the ice-creams and the the toppings Bloody 2 hour cap per entrance. Chicken-curry tasted like mamak one's. Okay la.so-so. DONT try the garlic clove and potato chips . They are horrible and i dont know why on earth someone bother to serve them. Ooh they do have roasted chicken.. but the preferred parts like drummet, wings, and all would've been taken and left with breast, thigh, and the not-tasty parts. Worst, they won't replenish it fast enough No varieties in terms of drinks, lots of carbonated drinks...and a coffee

Above all 1.Though nothing can be brought out... Im bloody surprised that they even forbid chicken bones from being taken home 2.oh i know they mentioned that this is CHICKEN buffet. Just want to reiterate that expect NOT to find anything other than chicken here.

Its been quite a while since I've been here. I tried Crispy Chicken, Gizzard and Liver (my fav!!), Mexican wing (not sure if i name it right), onion ring, fruit cobbler, chips, salad, ice cream (the best!)

Cleanliness : I'd say 5 out of 5 (they pick up empty plates right away) 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Staff : friendly and fast (Kudos everyone!)

Food : Out of all the food I ate, the Mexican wing tasted sour, in fact, too sour and hard to swallow. Maybe over-marinated. Normally, when I go to Chicken Hartz, I'll definitely waited for the Mexican wings to show up. Yet, was quite disappointed, hence the 4 star, or else 5 out of 5! Spicy chicken tasted weird. I can still feel the after-taste in my mouth eben after brushing my teeth.. 😅

Price : considering current situations, I'd say the...
