KFC Desa Jaya — Restaurant in Selayang Municipal Council

Ordered KFC delivery through the app on 1 June around 12:35pm. Around 1:10pm, I got a call from the staff saying they couldn’t find a driver and asked me to cancel and reorder. I already waited so long, and now you want me to reorder and wait again?

If you couldn’t find a driver the first time, how can you guarantee there will be one the second time? Doesn’t make sense.

I ordered online because I used a voucher for a free set. If you want me to cancel and reorder, then at least give me a new voucher code to replace it — but no one helped me at all on this.

Even worse, they marked the order as “delivered” in the app when it never even went out for delivery. How can you do that?

As KFC staff, isn’t it your responsibility to help solve the delivery issue? You charge delivery fees but just leave customers waiting for over an hour and then say there’s no driver? Ridiculous.

I at the end had to arrange my own Lalamove driver to pick up. He arrived at KFC Desa Jaya at 1:52pm, but my order still wasn’t ready. After almost 2 hours, I finally got my food — cold and not tasty anymore.

The staff after use the toilet didn't flush and clean it up, and after she used the toilet was stuck Can't flush! And she saw I wanna to in after her she doesn't wanna to stop me and inform me the toilet is spoilt just let me in without any inform. Omg this is so irresponsible how can u have a staff like this? If u don't know how to clean it or fix it u can ask for help from other staff and stop customer or stick a paper on the door! Not just leave it. All the food was good but the staff was not helping their front crew that take the order . One of the staff i guess bcs she the oldest among all, she was telling that she will not helping others because it's not her work , btw i was long queue I'm the sec person in the line and got three more people behind me .
