For me, service was very bad as workers are not treating customers in a good way during the order. I came to the counter to order to a chinese guy. I thought all workers there cannot understand Malay so I proceeded order in English. Then, the chinese guy passed me to the other worker. So, I ordered also in English because they did not look like Indonesian or malays to me. The worker started to look at his colleague and they both were smiling cynically to me. Realizing that, I ordered in Malay but they still smile and looked at each other then looked at me as if I was an alien in front of them. I kept asking if they get and understand my order because I do not want them to give wrong order to me. I asked for takeout. After a bit of waiting at the table in front of the shop, my number was called. I went to the cashier but I don’t see takeouts so I asked the chinese guy, my order is for takeouts and this is not takeouts. The guy just grin without saying sorry or anything for calling the wrong number and he just hoped that I can see the number when he suddenly changed back. How am I able to see if he did not mention? After a second I realized it was not my number, I say sorry to them. Why it was so hard for them to say sorry wrong number called or maybe can politely show the actual number to me. Instead of each other kept grinning and smiling cynically to the customer, you may inform the customer that you had wrongly called the number. I was very disappointed as the food are top notch but the service are really bad. I suggest the manager to find someone better as workers who can treat customer or you can train your workers. There should be always two way communication and there is a thing called manner or Akhlak in doing business. Thank you. Hope this can be improved in...
Read moreHad dinner here a few weeks back and got to try quite a few things: kungfu noodles, braised beef noodles, dry beef dumplings, chicken skewers and beef roti. We ordered both thin and wide noodles, and both were soft with really generous portions. The soup for the noodles was flavourful and comforting.
Really enjoyed the beef dumplings, juicy and tasty. The chicken skewers were alright, though they could use a bit more marination to really bring out the flavour. The beef roti was decent, the filling could be more generous, and the roti had more of a fried pau texture than a flatbread feel.
Overall, we were happy with the meal. Taste-wise, it delivered. Portion and price-wise, definitely worth it, especially compared to other mee tarik places nearby. Just a heads up: they only accept QR or cash payments,...
Read morei went here twice, but the service really bad. Staff shouting to each other. The chineese guy at mee tarik section calling the other staff stupid. The service is really slow. i went here when opening the i waited for almost 30 minutes for a dumpling and there’s no customer. but i try to accept because maybe they are still new however if you open a new branch, a proper training must be given.
