Worst hotel ever. Booked through agoda before checking in a week after. What i can say is the hotel is pathetic. Definitely 0 star. Walking in the door with weird smell. The room is very very tiny. They are using divan bed instead of proper hotel bed. The bedsheet is greyish and yellowish with suspicious stains. We even scared to put our body under the blanket. The bedsheet under blanket had brownish dots here and there. The pillow sheets are yellowish. Very scared if there were any hanky panky activity there without washing the bedsheet afterwards. Thinking abt it is so gross. Not to said abt the bathroom. The toilet bowl frame had yellowish stain, the door frame is terribly disgusting. So black, i dont think they ever wipe the door frame before. Too gross that i dont want to snap a picture of it. To take a damp in there also feel disgusted. Request to change room from the registration counter. But he told that the rooms are fully occupied. Straightaway check out less than 1 hour checked in. Dont care if the fee is burn, just wanted to go out from the room. Might have a nightmare if i stay there overnight. Hope the management took the cleanliness aspect seriously. I have all the proof now the Supervisor(who he lied to me his name is Along), who being so so sarcastic to me, receptionist who said tht he gave rooms most of rooms to foreigners which higher prices during the Thaipusam. The worst is they cancel my booking which I made through Agoda and LIED to me that they don't have any partnership with Agoda. But they keep on received booking from Agoda. Receptionist even told me that Agoda is accepting fake booking from customers, that why I still can book with Agoda but the hotel didn't receive any confirmation. I have all the proof saying agoda confirmed my booking . It's really 2 days of mental stress for me that either Agoda or the hotel took responsibility for my lost and situation. Read moreoverall is ok, but there is a lot of below par issue, among which hot water need to get from counter, no cup, no extra table at the side of bed, the bathroom, few parts is damaged, the floor mat is dirty, no toilet paper, the bathroom door is noisy and hard to close, some part is not clean, and dustbin dont have plastic bag, is noisy even at 2-3am, with people walking here and there and sound banging, wifi available and then internet break down from 5am till i check out, room is small n without window so a bit suffocating especially with 2 single beds inside although bathroom is bit spacious good part is the service is good, the counter willingly make hot water for me, and aircond is cold, TV is good with many channel and support usb, hotwater is fine, bathroom working well, and bed is considerably ok to sleep and considerably clean but not very clean. and floor is ok and not smelly overall although this is...
