McDonald's Sri Gombak — Restaurant in Selayang Municipal Council

This mc donald is sooo nostalgic, I remembered growing up buying happy meals here, playing the indoor playground on the 2nd floor. But after some upgrades and renovation, the playground had been removed and now they have the outdoor tables for people who love fresh air in busy batu caves town. Also, the worker here knew how to make the best sundae cone. They are so beautifully and skillfully been made. In addition, the ground floor now have very limited tables to dine in because priority to the order and take counter. And now they use the touch screen huge machine to order and you can pay there by using your card or you can also pay on the counter but the order must be made using that...

I waited almost 1 hour..yet i need to go to the counter where i was told that my order was not ready...almost an hour 😡😡 .B4 that only after i made my payment over the counter later on i was told the item i order was out of stock and need to b replace with something else yes im still ok even i dont like spicy chicken mcdlxe...order and payment at counter at 9.11pm..completed almost at 10pm...i stood there and u only put ur glance without asking yet bergurau n touching with yr collegue...even when answering ur collegue question infront of customer without manners. Im sorry but im dissapointed...i will never visit this so call FAST FOOD outlet at sri...

I had some hiccups with my orders via Grab (ordered twice but the app kept on showing 'couldn't find a driver' message) although it was not a peak hour. One of the staff go beyond his job scope to personally message me regarding my order status and professionally advise me on the other alternative option to resolve this. Kudos to Hanif Hanafi for helping me patiently. I truly appreciate his effort. Not only he helped me to resolve my order issue, he has also helped to put a big smiles on 12 kids today ! ( i ordered 12 happy meals for my son and his friends for his birthday). Thank you Hanif for your awesome service! Keep it up with the...
