On 17 August I ordered a pizza at the counter (Docket# 11040) at 16:33, and the receipt said it would be ready by 16:38. I waited patiently, but at 16:40, I asked at the counter and was told it was "in process."
At 17:08 I checked again, and the staff checked at the kitchen and told me that my order had been mistakenly given to someone else. They offered to bake it again, which would take another 20 minutes. At that point, I refused and asked for a refund.
I left disappointed and frustrated. Mistakes can happen, but the poor communication and long wait were unacceptable. This experience really let me down — I hope the outlet improves its service and coordination...

There is one time, I'm very satisfied with the generous topping & cheese but the next time I went for take away, the cheese is very 'ciput' & the toppings were not spread properly and only certain part of the pizza has topping.
