im a diner weekly until this one time, i ask for thousand island sauce instead of the original sauce and reminded the malay girl again and AGAIN. she said can. firstly i ordered large but instead got 2 regular ok nvm as long as its the sauce i requested she say "yes is inside is thousand island sauce". after taking a bite i know she's lying. she proceed to say "i dont know im a cashier only" but you see the issue here? if i know she doesnt wanna follow my request just say so i can order other things right? and lastly she lied to my face saying its the right sauce but it wasnt. thanks to her im dining at other places now. wont be going back. i dont like the malay girl's bullshit. she doesnt deserve to work as...

Disappointed with the Service

On 17 August I ordered a pizza at the counter (Docket# 11040) at 16:33, and the receipt said it would be ready by 16:38. I waited patiently, but at 16:40, I asked at the counter and was told it was "in process."

At 17:08 I checked again, and the staff checked at the kitchen and told me that my order had been mistakenly given to someone else. They offered to bake it again, which would take another 20 minutes. At that point, I refused and asked for a refund.

I left disappointed and frustrated. Mistakes can happen, but the poor communication and long wait were unacceptable. This experience really let me down — I hope the outlet improves its service and coordination...

I usually order for take away. The process is quite fast and efficient. You can see your order progress on the monitor. It will take around 10++ mins. There is one time, I'm very satisfied with the generous topping & cheese but the next time I went for take away, the cheese is very 'ciput' & the toppings were not spread properly and only certain part of the pizza has topping. The quality is inconsistent & only 1 or 2 times I'm satisfied but the rest is very disappointing. Please upgrade your quality of service & products so that your regular customers will...
