When in off peak to take away a cup of milk tea but Super slow taking order super slow brewing,is it not enough traffic to hold the environment? Worry the shop seems empty and lack of in out customers? Tons of staff all like chilling. When the display show ready to pickup but yet can be pickup, till a point I go ask the staff at pickup point only put on cover and slowly pass me the drink. Invested tons money on marketing but your operation just ruined it in few minutes. Seems no improvement since my last visit until this milk tea launching. It's like necessity to spend our valuable time wait just for a drink. Suck! Last but no least, there's water leak from bar counter and ponding on walk way of customer toward inside of cafe. Hope no one will be fall and injured in such condition environment. Else prepare for court case. Totally worst spending experience even kenangan environment...

the customer was so rude. We have to wait at the cashier for too long but it’s alright we understand that they’re busy. But after one of the staff came, she didn’t even say sorry or anything. Just wait for me to speak for my order. For me that is rude because you keep the customers waiting. She even glance at me like (jeling) but its alright i understand that maybe they are tired bcs of work. The thing that i cant accept is that after the order my dad said thank you and the staff only said ‘ha’?? That’s not how you treat your customer. It’s been years i have been buying from zus coffee and this is the first time i experienced rude staff. You could at least said your welcome or just welcome. It’s not that hard. This will be the last time...

It is so freaking hot in here. I dont know how the employees can work under such circumstances. It might be the fact that the music is so loud that they are too distracted to be hot. I can hear it through my headphones while playing my own music. And if the music wasn't loud enough for you, wait till there are 5 employees working at the same time chatting extremely loudly. The reviews before me don't stress this enough. The floor is filthy, and you have 5 people working at the same time? If it wasn't for such good coffee and wifi, the score would be much lower. Up your vibe game, Zus, and you'll get way...
