KFC Desa Aman Puri — Restaurant in Selayang Municipal Council

I purchased burger and cheesey wedges. I had to wait due to they were frying wedges at point of time. I still had to wait even the wedges had fried finish and the staff who was handling customer service did not bother to pack my item. 2 staff plus supervisor handling a customer who was having minor issue and other customers had to wait in que while 3 staff sorting one customer. I ask the staff my orders then only she asking the kitchen staff what happened to the wedges then only the kitchen staff preparing it,spreadiy the cheese on it. This is a poor customer service and this is not the first time I am faccing this...

Usually during regular days it was pack of people, now with all the boikot thing less people & quicker for me to order. Plus I received a coupon for my next purchase which will be much cheaper. My complaint is that sometimes the wages taste rotten or undercooked not all but few bit taste unpleasant. The staff regularly forgot to include spoon. Also the coleslaw also taste different. Update: Recently my husband beli snack plate, ayam dia rasa pelik & bau sangat busuk, kami datang utk complain & staff tukar ayam baru tapi dorang langsung tak ada cakap minta maaf sebab serve ayam...

What kind of service is this?? I have waiting for so long like half an hour or more, I still don't get my food. A woman who orders late than us , she still can get the order earlier. That milo has been there for a long time cause that milo became no taste at all. Moreover, there are like 10 or more employees there, but the productivity are still bad and low. Furthermore, the toilet are dirty too. Also, the air conditioner is not cold at the ordering area. Last but not least, im very disappointed at this branch outlets, I would never come to...
