Buttercream shrimp was hard as rock, can even taste it’s been re-fried many times. Asam steamed fish was cold when served, strong mud taste on the fish as well. Kangkung belacan was tasteless and also cold when served. Can’t even taste the belacan. Even the white rice was hard and dry. Gave feedback to the lady owner at the counter during payment. Her attitude was arrogant and bad. Blaming the dishes was cold because we ate it after sometimes they served which isn’t correct, we ate right after they served. I go for weekend ... we order mantis prawn which is full of flour but taste not bad , not recommended stir fried choytam not fresh and too bland try to avoid. I wanted to try some other dishes their signature but they said only weekday available. And worst their chicken was hard .. for those have weak teeth hard to chew not recommended. feel like they just fried chicken inside oil and take out cook the 3cup chicken taste too sweet and salty and too much MSG and dont have the original basil taste at all..should try their signature fish next time, wont re order the...

This restaurant operate more than 10 years at the same place. These are 3 connecting shops with same owner. I've ordered the promo of Signature Steam Fish Bak So Gong, to apply this promo rate RM32.80 must order min. 1 more dish. Surprisingly dishes served in swift like 15 minutes even though still have plenty of customers on the floor. So far I'm satisfied with both dishes of fish and fried XO with french bean.
