17 May 2025. I am regular to this restaurant where I usually buy Teh C Halia. However today there was no halia in the teh c. I attempted to get one of the waiter to report the finding. However all of the waiter were busy and I was thirsty and could no longer wait for any waiter to respond. Therefore I proceeded to consume finish the drink & report at cashier counter that there was no halia in the drink when making payment. I was made to wait for like 10 minutes by the cashier in charge & he went to check with their drink master if he had included the halia in the drink earlier. And their drink master didn’t agree that he missed to add the halia. The cashier refused to discount the amount for the drink which didn’t have halia in it. If you want to verify, you should verify using your CCTV footage (not just asking the master). If you don’t trust your regular customer then I don’t know what to say. I am not complaning about missing halia on all my orders (it’s fair if I had complained that the halia is missing in all my orders after consuming the drink in full). Please rethink on your approach to customer. Really disappointed with the customer service here.

If you were to select your food choices in the open food corner, be sure to let them know that you want your items in the food packet itself (with rice) as if your dishes were packed separately, they would charge a different price EVEN IF YOU DID NOT REQUEST THEM TO DO SO. (Add RM2/pkt of vegetables) And forget about getting a refund on a deceitfully billed tab. They won't be responsible for it. And you wouldn't notice the difference because it will be generated as "open food" in general and not by itemising the prices.
