Flight Club Grab 'n' Go KLIA Terminal 2 — Restaurant in Sepang

Being a frequent flyer, I have been here repeatedly over the years and have so far been satisfied with the service until this evening(6.30pm 7/6/2025). A FEMALE staff manning the counter was very unwelcoming. I forgot to give her my smart traveller code to scan and asked her politely. Her response was "You dont give me to scan, how I want to scan? That was not the end... I was with my husband and 2 kids. We were not hungry and only my 2 kids wanted to eat. I used my bank card which gave 2 set meals. She asked me how many was eating... I said 2 people. The 4 of us sat down and waited for our food. When she sent the food, she told us there is no free seating there. If the 2 of us wanted to sit there, we have to something from the menu. We left and sat elsewhere. If you have such policy, please display it clearly at the entrance... which I didn't see. It is understandable if the place was full but there were only 2 other tables occupied at that time. What was more annoying was another table which had 4 adults and 2 kids only ordered only ordered one bowl of curry mee and a bottle of Spritzer was allowed to sit there! They even had boxes of Texas chicken and KK mart drinking water. Is this racial discrimination or you only welcome cash paying patients??? I will use my lounge free entry elsewhere next time. Ordered nasi lemak coz it is ready to serve, however, it took around 25 mins as the kitchen is not near. When I requested to refund since the food was still not here after near to 20 mins, the staff doesn't allow it, said that the food has picked up and otw. It only left me 10 mins to consume the food. When the food is served, the chicken is still warm but the rice is but cold ody. Can tell that the food has long ready but somehow it took unexpected long to serve. Next time need to ask how long they need to serve even the staff didn't informed where it supposed to be their job. I hope the staff improve their services. I had an amazing experience at Flight Club Grab ‘n’ Go, thanks to the incredibly friendly and passionate service from Mr. Karuna. His warm and attentive demeanor truly made the visit special.

The butter chicken rice with sunny egg was absolutely delicious – flavorful, satisfying, and perfectly cooked. To top it off, I tried the café latte, which was rich, smooth, and expertly brewed. Mr. Karuna also recommended the raspberry mousse cake, and it did not disappoint! The dessert was a delightful blend of sweetness and tanginess, with a creamy texture that melted in my mouth.
