Kenangan Coffee KLIA Terminal 2 — Restaurant in Sepang

I love Kenangan Coffee and never had any problem with other outlets. But this one, LEMBAB GILA. No there was no line and the one ordered before me got her drink a lil bit after I paid mine. Then after 10 mins or so I heard they called latte so I just grabbed it and went out because I was already late for my next appointment. I ordered latte without sugar, but when I took a sip it was freaking sweet. Turned out it was Kenangan Latte.

I'm not sure if it was really mine or they actually forgot my order and made the one ordered after me. But there's no way I could check because they don't use sticker like other outlets and couldn't even use the app. Usually I will check my name on the sticker.

No way I could go back either since I was already late. Although Kenangan Latte is a bit more expensive than normal latte, I hated it because it's too sweet. Sweet coffee makes me get headache instead so I wasted 15.90...

The worker today who was taking order on 11/9/25 at 6.50am (Nor Amirul) was very RUDE. He refused to take orders properly, showed face, asked “apa nak” rudely and when asked y rude he said “ Aku tak ada mood nak layan kau orang”. Gave wrong orders in the end and had to ask refund and walked off. Please dont keep useless workers like this. Working at cashier front rudely.
