Mixue KLIA2 — Restaurant in Sepang

on 13 April around 8pm, -10 stars! Extremely disappointed and shocked with the rude customer service here. 👎 👎

I simply wanted to know if they had ice cream available because the "n/a" sticker on the menu seemed outdated. But when I asked, it was like I was invisible! Both of the female staff just glanced at me and then looked away, completely ignoring me. I thought I wasn't loud enough, so I tried to make myself clearer 2 more times.

It felt so awkward, especially when another customer had to step in and help me ask them. When they finally acknowledged me, one of the female staff pointed at the machine, which was way up on the counter and out of my line of sight. Their attitude seemed to say, "Can't you see it's out of service?" It felt frustratingly dismissive.

Seriously? That's not how you treat people. Management needs to get their act together because nobody should have to deal with this kind of...

I really love the freshly squeezed lemonade+ice cream in mixue. However, I'm gonna rate 0 star for the customers services.

Honestly, the staff there are very, very, very rude towards customers. Both of the Malay and Indian girl tht worked there giving me and my sister muka menyampah when ambik our orders and I'm not gonna say I was supposed to be treat like a princess or something but is it hard for being kind? Nak bagi muka ketat bagai mcm tengah tahan sembelit dekat cust like no wonder people giving bad reviews because of these two peasants. Cust datang and bayar the ice creams and drinks pakai duit not daun. Attitude bagi bagus sikit.

Malaysia's Mixue management please take note and if can recommend diorang untuk join kursus betulkan manners or change tht poor mindset of em treating...

Just had a very very bad experience with the lady in cashier that must be shared Doing the queue, when came my turn to get served she didn't even reply to my greetings but instead asked the guy behind me if he was OK or if HE was ready to get served. Naturally I asked to this Indian lady why she didn't reply to my greetings and why asking the guy behind... she just ignored and request the order and started shouting in local language. As if.. me an 40+ tourist guy would overtake at the queue?!! How insulting! She started shouting again, the manager came, she served with a very repulsive attitude and almost throw the change at my daughter.
