Let me share my experience.. Food-wise, nothing to complain about except that the food takes too long..
Understandable if they are understaffed but the food sequence is messed up. Workers need to be trained to deliver the drinks first, then the food. We received our drinks (after 2x reminders) when our food is almost gone. Luckily we had a mineral water in the car that we brought along. We ended up asking for cancellation but couldn't since we ordered set. Sequence of food is fries - pizza - drinks - soup (did not receive, tapau instead)
I believe the management of pizza is to blame here.. lack of worker/skeleton crew only contributes to late delivery of order. Workers to be trained to explain to customers that their orders will be late (due to understaffed) prior to customers ordering. This way customers will decide whether to wait or not. Those who decided to take the risk at least willbe more compassionate when the food really arrives late..
I gave extra star above 1 start since the guy in the front desk (supervisor? By the different outfit) apologizing for the food being late. Its not his fault and i pity all the workers working there..

Read moreThis has been the worst Pizza Hut experience in my 26 years of living. For a Pizza Hut situated in a big City such as Cyberjaya, this outlet could use a major improvement.
For a total guest of 5 people, it shouldn't take 30+ minutes to get the appetizers out from the kitchen. That being said, the presentation of those food is far from the bare minimum. Tasty Chicken Bites, served on an empty plate, bare without salad, without sauce. Ordered a plate of aglio olio, and after 35 minutes of waiting, it came out unsatisfactory as well. It tasted like a spaghetti, dipped in hot water, sprinkled with chili flakes and capsicum and nothing else. It was not supposed to be like that. At least not in other outlets it doesn't.
Looked around and saw other customers complaining amongst themselves about the extremely long wait time, and more and more customers came in. Went downstairs to pay, only to hear the FoodPanda riders complaining about the long waiting time as well. This is not how Pizza Hut dine in and delivery should operate.
As a regular Pizza Hut customer, we expected better from this outlet. There's always room for...
Read moreReally bad service. I was ordered to go upstairs to dine in. On the upper floor, I waited for 15 minutes, no one came to take order. I then found the employee playing with their mobile phone at the back corner.
As I went through the menu, the waiter keep questioning me why I take pizza that require additional cost than the current set of pizza, why I want take spaghetti and lasagna ala carte as they expensive. Seriously? Its not you that will paid it.
The food is average, spaghetti only have 3 meatball, and for its price, its not worth it. The worst part is the ice cream that come with the set is not available. They replaced it with very small cut, dry chocolate cake which is not satisfying at all.
Even to pay for the meal service is bad. To pay you need to go downstairs, although there is cashier counter upstairs. And again, the employee that should be there at check out counter is missing! I had to go and search them. What is this? Pizza hut or pizza "find my employee" hut?
After all that experience, there is 10% service charges on top of the bill! Wow! Can't believe I was paying for this all...
