Customer service is so bad, we take order 8.30pm but food arrived on 9.15 like that, but it only arrived like 6/20 food we order!!! Then the food didnt come with chopstick/spoon, we asked the waiter, my fiance asked it first, then we wait for like 10 mins still not arrived!!! Then a waiter come to our next table then we request it again, after 3 mins we just get the spoon?!!! Then we wait again for other foods like 10mins, its already 9.40, then i come to counter to ask my food why didnt arrive? Then he said ‘cancel?’ Then i repeat my question but actually hes from Myanmar and did not understand in malay either english or chinese???? Argh so tiring!! Why hire someone who didnt know any language? Like you paid for him for what? He literally didnt know a language in Malaysia🤓. then i cancel all those menus which did not arrive, but the cost still rm30 including service tax (which i didnt see the quality) , the food doesnt taste like korean (for me), and the portion is so small, i know its cheap but i think you can improve the quality at least. I come back home with empty stomach, and at last, we went to mamak. Easy fast and cheap. It really stressful!! With the waiter, like all waiter is blur, there is waiter who didnt know the table number and send food at wrong table?...

Basically, this is Boat Noodle went BTS crazy & decided to go the KPop fad.

The taste is so-so. Nowhere near authentic but can't be said as not tasty either. It's like how a good home cook had a go at making it for the first time but getting it wrong. Not tasty but still edible.

The portion was unacceptably small. It's like instead of RM2.90 per bowl, they shld only charge RM1.45 They recommended ordering 4 bowls but in all honesty, even 10 bowls wouldn't fill u up. The rice portion in each bowl is about the size of a ping pong ball.

My biggest gripe tho was how they don't clear the table of empty bowls. Since the portions are minute, you'd have to order thousands of bowls & each time they send your new orders they won't bother clearing the empty bowls away. You have to keep calling them to do it otherwise your table will look like a display shelf of...

Not impressed at all.... Rack of lamb just seasoned with salt and pepper, I can do that too.... Expected better food... Tasteless and still bleeding, even after requested to cook further, meat was still red. The campur² was worst,prawns was so hard, rendang was, I can cook better and my son even vomited after eating it. Rib eye was undercooked, even if it was requested to be medium well... And the worst of it, we waited ONE hour for our food...

My first and my last trip...

I had better food at Laman Grill Shah Alam.. I went to Kajang too, it was a 3 star there... Chef Zubir got to come here and check it out.

The Rib eye comes with just the sauce, you have to order side dish separately...

Should I say we regretted coming here? Please improve the food quality equivalent to...
