5 stars for staff attentiveness and our orders being sent to us promptly. We received each order fast. We were also allowed to send in our orders prior to arriving so that the orders can be prepared before we arrive. Sashimi was fresh, sushi was great too, grilled prawns and prawn tempura all fresh. Their flavors are mild but to my liking. If you prefer food with strong flavors, maybe it’s not for you. For food to be delivered fast, we made things easier for the staff by indicating clearly on the order chit and use 1 single chit for 1 table. I saw some bad reviews on having to wait long, hence I was careful to ensure food gets sent fast to our table. Special thanks to the Manager who provided great service throughout, making sure we always have clean plates and all our orders arrived.

Everything was fine until a staff underbilled us and insisted that we pay the correct bill amount of RM800+ Instead of the difference of just RM60+. She said she had cancelled the initial payment which I doubt. Well, not like the bank will send a notification that payment was refunded. Also who in the right mind will take the risk and pay another RM800+ for a RM60+ underbill? After trying to reason with her, her Manager came and agreed I should just pay the difference. So apparently, the first payment was not cancelled as she had claimed too=.=. Wonderful

Still, It is worth a try for those who has not come for the buffet before ;) and you happened...

First and last for me. Arrived at 6pm, everything was okay - food was still manageable , hot and all. Around 7.10pm onwards , I’m not sure what were they doing(several chase ignored we were drinking the tea while waiting-mind you we were given only 120 minutes for the meal), until someone came to ask ‘everything is ok’ (7.45pm) we said we waited for very long and nothing was served (he said why didn’t you ordered more) In the first place , you did not even bother to take the order chit.

After that the pending orders were served and the food suddenly served within split seconds (so the food were actually ready but you ignoring ??? Or this is your ‘strategy’??) and the food are served COLD! How can u enjoy meals that have been cooked hours before its served? We have citizens and kids, they lost appetite by the time the food is served. I spent 2 hours just to get 3-4 meals being served cz they took forever to send my order.

Secondly , why do you surcharge people without telling people upfront ? We thought it’s 72myr but ended up 88myr? Your staff replied bluntly : oh because you took the room. AND?

Environment : 4/5 Food: 3/5(food not served properly) the plus point is just the fresh wasabi. The green tea brûlée is not bad. Price: 2/5 (high price with such portion-only if you’re efficient enough...

As a model and designer I care about quality, health and atmosphere. It was my first time to Maylasia and I was looking for a place that had healthy and delicious food as well as a place to take a break from my laptop and phone calls. The food was beautifully prepared and could compete with top sushi places I've been in Los Angeles or New York. The service was extremely good and the staff was very kind. The atmosphere is beautiful the only thing I would change and I'm a artist so highly sensitive is to change all the lighting to warm lighting and remove the blue toned lighting as it makes it less relaxing. I feel dimmer warmer lights would encourage people to stay and eat and drink longer.

Also the music wasn't bad way better then most places I go, I always wanted to go to a place that played beautiful classical Japanese music. I'm very happy the music was relaxing it's just a if I was to shift it a little.

The fish was good, the sake was amazing, the cucumber salad and juice was amazing. The only thing was the greens in the normal salad could be slightly improved but we're above normal.

I don't know anywhere else I would eat in the area I will return for sure. Everyone was very kind and helpful and the food was relaxing and helped me feel satisfied and relaxed.
