Shaftsbury Cyberjaya By IdealHub — Hotel in Sepang

Maybe first it is my mistake because I didn't understand their hotel title "same day check in and check out" I didn't know there are hotel service like this in Agoda. Agoda please take note and put in a special notice or something so people know.

But I have pay Agoda for 2 night. Then they told me I have to pay an extra rm30 ringgit for night stay to their personal business account. First I thought I may get scamm.

So , means there are an extra charge or payment outside the Agoda notice and not stated in the apartment advertisement in Agoda.

Overall the apartment was ok, just the confuse of apartment rule make me a the frustration.

Even the picture they display are not the same with the room I get.

Please don't get room here that owner room number A09-08..plase dont make reservations or booking to this house owner,the service realy suck..we only can get in to the house at 5pm..and they will ignore the problem as the problem is not from them..then when I get realy mad than they said I can check out late for one our more..but to me it's useless because they had spoiled the mood..this the worse experience that I ever had in KL...PLASE DONT MAKE RESERVATIONS TO...
