Sana’a Restaurant Cyberjaya — Restaurant in Sepang

The restaurant offers great food, excellent service (from most of the staff), and a comfortable ambiance. I have visited several times and have always enjoyed the experience, which is why I decided to bring my family to try it today.

However, our recent visit was disappointing due to the behavior of one staff member (the one that frequently seen working near the cashier counter and wear glasses).

We had already been seated for 20 minutes when we politely requested assistance to clean our table. We did not ask in a rude manner—we discussed and agreed to place our orders first and wait for another table to become available before moving. However, the staff member in question stopped his colleague from assisting us and told him to prioritize another customer’s order instead. I understand the restaurant was busy, but this response was unnecessary and inappropriate.

While we were seated, the same staff member was seen talking to his friends and glancing at us in an unprofessional/rude manner. This behavior left a bad impression on my family, who were visiting the restaurant for the first time.

This is not the experience I hoped for, especially when bringing family to a place I’ve recommended.

It’s unfortunate that one staff member’s behavior overshadowed the otherwise great food and atmosphere. I hope management will address this issue to ensure future visits...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this establishment and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was fantastic, creating a warm and inviting ambiance that instantly put me at ease. The moment I stepped through the door, I could sense the positive energy and excitement in the air.

The service was impressively fast, surpassing my expectations. The staff seemed to be well-trained and efficient, ensuring that every customer was attended to promptly. I appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure our dining experience was enjoyable.

Speaking of the staff, I found them to be mostly friendly and welcoming. They greeted us with genuine smiles and were more than willing to assist us with any queries or requests we had. Their approachable nature made us feel comfortable and valued as customers.

Overall, my visit to this establishment was a memorable one, and I am already looking forward to returning in the near future. The combination of a great atmosphere, fast service, and friendly staff truly sets this place apart. Their food is great and their nasi Arab madgot taste a bit like briyani (but still the best so far compare to other madgot). Their food is a bit expensive (well can't really blame them since most raw materials increase due to inflation) which before RM 60 you can get lamb but now it the price for chicken rice (lamb about RM 114 ish). For their plated it quite cheap (about RM 60 as well) compared to other restaurant (well don't expect much lamb. Mostly chicken & beef kebab). Their lamb liver not bad at all and it come with a huge bread (Lebanese bread I think). Moreover, their garlic sauce similar to topolis shop but missing a bit of spice (I got no idea what mix spice they used) but it still taste fresh though but for their drink the watermelon juice taste bad as it feel like it was very sweet and overripe. Lastly, I would like to visit this place again maybe not during lunch hour as it is very crowded and noisy.

Update Their kabsa rice taste like normal nasi arab (which is good) but their chicken very mild & small. I would recommend madgot over kabsa rice if you looking for...
