CHECK IN TIMING1. They stated check in after 2pm. But you can only check in after 3pm. When asked the receptionist about it, the reply was "That one just put, but check in after 3pm only can". Expected some transparency in timing.PARKING ISSUE2. This is my second time stay there. Last time the parking was RM5 per day. Yesterday morning(29.4.25), when I exit the parking which I parked at 1.50pm on day before, it charged me RM 19.80. I asked the receptionist about this last night, it was a Malay lady, who was kind enough to answer me, she said she is unsure why my number plate isn't registered even despite I have already submitted the response form which they displayed at their counter. She registered my car plate number and assure me that she will talk about the overcharged parking fare to her manager.CUSTOMER SERVICE (RECEPTIONIST) 3. Today morning, I packed my things, and when check out, I asked another receptionist about this. She said, they can refund only RM 9 because I had a 2 day stay there. (it should have been RM 9.80).Which I didn't inquire or complain about. I just take the RM 9 which she refunded me as cash and also asked her multiple times, will I get charged when exiting the parking now?She assure me that, I won't get charged. And she added, I supposed to press the intercom when I was charged RM 19.80 the first day itself. How am I supposed to know it?It's a mall's parking, what do they expect? For me to stay put there until help arrive? I don't think are they aware that we have job to do, to rush to.When u exit the parking today, I can't pass the barrier as the display shows unpaid RM5 despite considered I've prepaid for the parking. I pressed the intercom as she said earlier. Nothing happened. I had to pay again to exit the parking. I parked the car infront of the hotel and asked the same Indian lady receptionist about this. Her reply was, how does it charge? We can't do anything. U should have press the intercom, whereas she was the one who said, she have already adjusted in system and I won't be charged. I asked her, how long you expect me to wait there? I don't have all day long to wait there. She again repeated, just the intercom would have helped. Wow, that's a great reply though. My response was, just gave a smile and said, You guys have such a bad service, and left. Because, actually I don't have all day long to deal with their incompetent customer service.Even on the first day of check in, I only get my key at 3.30 since I've been queuing up infront of the reception since 2.50pm. There were only one staff working that time. The rest answered only on PC can be used to check in. The entire check in process was entirely slow.I REALLY HOPE THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT WILL LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE AND TRAIN YOUR STAFFS WELL. I hope they will be well taught about customer service. The level of that "mockery and irresponsible" smile the staff delivered was...
Read moreOkay this is gonna be long. Booked Fox Lite on 1/6 for my stay on 22/7. Received inbox msg saying that will be “upgraded” to Citadine. A week before I messaged the hotel to ask what type of room they’re giving me at Citadine coz I booked fox lite room at higher rate than Citadine, but no response. Fine. On check-in day, went to Citadine and was told that my booking was for Fox Lite. I showed the message and receptionist said that before this all guests were relocated to Citadine but not anymore now.. NO updated msg from the management whatsoever. So we had to drag our luggages through the mall all the way to the other corner to get to Fox Lite.
Room floor was dirty as hell. Few mins in walking around the room, our feet were covered in dust. Photo proof as attached.
Aircond not working, only fan. As we checked in to the hotel quite late at night, we just slept the first night using fan. Next day it took the maintenance guy about an hour to repair the aircond in our room - it was so cooling after that! Before that was just hot and humid!
Totally NO toiletries provided except for 2 packets of shower gel. If this is a budget hotel, I get it. But I dont expect to pay RM230/night for a totally bare minimum room!
NO mini bar/ fridge. Refer to no. 4. If its a cheap budget hotel, I can understand.
NO drinking water provided. Yes, they do provide water dispenser at the common corridor BUT IT WAS NOT WORKING!
Only 1 room key card can be given. We asked for 2 cards as we travel in 2 pax and going in and out of the room at different timing but front desk insisted that only ONE card can be given even after we explained our situation - so solution is to leave the key card at front desk when the first person leaves the room.
Room smells mouldy. For all 3 days we stayed here.
I chose Fox Lite over Citadine as I wanted a hotel instead of “home apartment style” and boy I regretted my decision. “Breakfast included” in Fox lite means they would send packed meal to your room. First day packed meals were equivalent to food you eat at some very economy stall and pay RM5 for. Gave us 2 packed meals but only 1 set of cutleries.
Definitely will NEVER come back here to stay. With this price, you can stay better place elsewhere.
Only good thing about this place is that it’s located/ connected to a mall so it’s convenient. And front desk staff is...
Read moreLOCATION...LOCATION...LOCATION!!! If you're looking for somewhere in between KLIA, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya...this is it! Booked thru Agoda and ended up paying RM354.90 for 4D3N stay. Love shopping? The hotel itself is located inside a mall. Mall that is jam packed with F&B (tons of Halal restaurant, and found only 1 non halal restaurant) , Jaya Grocer, Decalthon, Cinema,Gym studio, Pet's shop (must visit!) , DIY Craft Shop (must visit!), Family mart, Starbucks, Massage Center, Watson, Courier service etc. Well, you got everything that you need in this mall. Apparently, I'm staying over for work purpose so its convenient for me if you're staying for short term. There's a free parking for those who'd driving your own vehicle be it by rental or owning one. Excellent service, friendly and good behaviour from the staff. Easily to get grab. Area is not crowded. It's a quiet hotel. No water bottles however they do provide water station outside of your room. Stayed in level 12, very secure, nice view and nearby lift. There's another mall (Malakat Mall) nearby like a good 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Room is clean.and smells good too, fluffy pillow , toilet is clean too, there's hairdryer provided (Bonus!). And if you're required to use the iron, do request before you head to your room. Iron and iron board need to collect from the reception table and allowed to use for 1 hour since its a sharing basis. Overall, excellent service, hotel itself is great, safety is on point, affordable and accessible. I'm satisfied during my stay here! And make sure to get the high floor, it's worth for an insta story! Definitely will stay here!...
