Monaco Hotel Cyberjaya — Hotel in Sepang

There is no colgate and brush in the room , a common things that will be provided in all the hotel no matter cheap or expensive

The light in the room that we stayed is too dull

we requested to extend , the moment the hotel incharge contact us to inform that the room time has been end and need to renew with a payment , i told them to give me time since i'm preparing myself for my pre-wedding the moment i come down ill pay and extend .

what the incharge did ?? cut the service and my room no electric then , i was totally dissapointed as the bridal aunt and daughter with me right beside me . they've spoilt the entire mood of the day

usually if i come cyber ill stay at Citadines unfortunately , they're fully booked i got no choice to book with Monaco. usually other hotels once the customer adv will come down and make payment after we are free they'll extend their timimg without even getting the payment

and some are the hotels actually will never bother and collect the payment during check out

but only this hotel even after informed that we are busy doing make over unable to come down and wait for my fiancee to come over as he just went out to purchase things , they still cut off things

no dustbin inside the room

the room beedsheet is so dirty ( yellowish in some parts )

the room not in a good smell as well

First hotel that ive dropped by such a worst feedback of a hotel

the cleaners who came to clean other room was too noisy felt so disturbance

You get what you paid for. It's a budget hotel, but don't know why google and agoda rated them as 3-star hotel. Clean, with basic amenities. No tea spoon to stir the coffee. Tv is my freeview, even that with rtm channels only. Tv reception is bad, it's keep freezing. Entrance to the room is different from the lobby, so security a bit lack even though with password and cctv. Parking is free, but it's a hassle. When i arrived, i used T n G to gain entrance into vicinity of the hotel. Then i have to leave, and re-enter using hotel parking access card after i checked in. Upon check out, i have to move my car out of the vicinity first, before returning the parking access card. If you don't mind paying parking fee using your T n G card, then it will save...

Basically one of many budget hotel, the room were clean, hot shower and Aircond working well, even do the Aircond were struggling to keep room cool, toiletries like soap and toothbrush provided, there is no water bottle and not electric kettle in the room but they do provide water purified dispenser with hot and cold dispenser at the out the room aisle, check in and check out were easy with self service kiosk but then there is no one standby at the counter if u need anything. But at least the hotel location is near the Dpulze Shopping mall, and near the Saba Restaurant an Arabic...
