Uncle Lim's Cafe KLIA Terminal 2 — Restaurant in Sepang

I am not sure of your system at this store. I sat down, realised no one was serving and went to the counter to order a Cham (Cold). Was served a something that tasted like Coffee O instead and I weny to clarify and realized he had keyed in Cham O because it sounded alike. They were accommodative enough to make a Cham for me, but then it still tasted like Coffee. I did inform that Cham should be a mix of coffee and tea. Only drank a bit of it and left because there is a reason I ordered cham instead of coffee. Was planning to have dinner here as well but I lost confidence after the drink.

I have been to other Uncle Lim outlets and had great experiences with the staff, food and drinks. But this outlet was totally underperforming and the staff did look overworked. Please educate the staff on the difference between the drinks and online ordering would be...

Ordered uncle Lims laksa , Kopi O and Half boiled eggs. Crowd : 6 persons. The laksa looks nice but the problem is the cook did not stir the gravy properly resulting the top layer (Santan) is quite thick. Asked service staff is this normal and she told me if I want to change to a new one. According to her even if she put in microwave it will be the same! Then she told me she will check with the manager but never return ... plus I notice there wasn’t any mackerel in the laksa so for the price of rm14.50 I think it is highly price. Uncle Lim, you are a very smart man. You have the only restaurant in KLIA2 so you can get away with bad food, because travelers have no choice. Your menu and food pictures look so enticing, but are so deceptive. Your flagship dish, Uncle Lim's Laksa, it both lifeless and angry at the same time. I don't know if my intestinal harmony can be assured as I'm writing this. The fish in it is rubbery and tasteless. God help the rest of the unsuspecting travelers who fall into your trap.
