I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I encountered during my recent visit to your store.

I purchased a frozen yogurt, but upon tasting it, I found that it had a spoiled taste and an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the yogurt appeared to have bubbles, which is unusual and concerning.

I have always enjoyed visiting your store and have appreciated the quality of your products in the past. However, this recent experience was quite disappointing. I hope you can address this matter promptly to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

We ordered layzen but it was so disappointing. Supposedly there is 2 fruit but the worker only put just a few mango and asked us to choose jellies instead. And then he added raisin, and coconut flakes which is not in the menu at all. No biscoff cookies but he didn't inform that the toppings is not available. For all the toppings he put, it was just a dash of it, doesn't even look like a layer. The worker also speaks very slow and inaudible, and probably doesn't understand malay. Overall, not worth rm16.90 at all since we barely got any layers. Truly disappointing. Please inform your worker to inform customers if the toppings are unavailable, rather than randomly putting whatever topping available. Customers might have allergies. Will...

The staff is very friendly and very polite. Not sure if he is Bangladeshi. And the way he does his work is very organised and multi-tasking. He was alone on the day we came. He served 7 customers and cooking waffle at the same time. Really kudos for his multi tasking! And he apologised to the next customer coz he knew only himself alone working on that day.
