OYO 90703 Hotel Rim Global — Hotel in Subang Jaya

Don't visit this place I went to this hotel 10 Apr 2024 I reached at hotel in morning and no one was there I was waiting till 4 hours and no on responding my call in the morning a fat lady came and the lady on counter was very unprofessional with rude behavior I told her that I am very much tired and feeling headache I need room and she said me to wait outside of hotel gate she didn't allow me come inside the gate , Such a rubbish hotel don't go there .... After waiting 4 hours she told me to come but suddenly she asked me extra cash for checkin and $15 for security deposit even my booking were paid but she was demanding more cash for check-in I told her I am feeling sick but she didn't understood my situation Please don't book this And I don't recommend anyone the room was too small,no space so narrow. 2.bathroom not clean and water linking badly....water pressure to slow....water hitter no functioning. 3.bathing towel like a floor mat with big...

This was the worst hotel experience ever. From the services to the room condition, everything was very bad. The room was dirty with a lot of damage. There was no TV, and the bedsheet and comforter were dirty upon check-in. The toilet was smelly and not clean. Personal items from the previous tenant were left, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. The hot shower couldn't be used plus low water pressure.

The receptionists (big-sized female with balayage hair) were super rude. It's essential for them to learn on how to treat customers with manners. Dealing with bad attitude people after a long drive was incredibly disappointing. On a positive note, kudos to the housekeeper for your kind manners. We requested him to change our dirty bedsheet, and he promptly assisted.

Moreover, they only provided soap inside a used mineral bottle. Even thought the the hotel is cheap but it is still not worth the price as others cheap hotel is much...

Not recommended at all....
