CXBS Coffee & Matcha — Restaurant in Shah Alam

Had a not so good experience today — i tried to brush it off but since the cup costed me rm19 so every sips just irritated me. Came in to order and asked for my matcha unsweetened, not once but TWICE, but unfortunately some miscommunication happened between the staff and they gave me one with a regular sugar level instead. I would’ve understood if they’re swarming with orders but there was only mine at that time. I could be offered a new drink but no it’s not what i wanted, it’s the fact that they couldn’t comply to even the simplest request just left me so frustrated. Hope you can be more attentive towards customers’ requests...

Will not be coming again because I had to wait for more than 40mins to get my 2 drinks because there’s only 1 guy working but the matcha tasted good luckily. Had their must try drink which is toffee nut latte with oatside milk. At first ingatkan like normal coffee with syrup but turnouts one of the best coffee pernah minum . Not to sweet and balance.
