Pinkfong Baby Shark playground name is great, but when you are there, you don't feel the exact pinkfong ambiance when they are not playing pinkfong song.

The playground is average wide, but the safety is below average, they are only 1 staff who collect the payment and take care of the counter. Non paying outsider can simply walk in to kids Area.

The hygiene level is below average as many place can see sand and dust. They keep many stocks and spoilt machine around the playground which made it looks unorganised.

Many machines and items are broken and not fix, the baby shark carousel is not working, the plastic ball gun shooter is not working, the tyre slide ground is not smooth where the tyre always stuck in the middle. Many more things is not working.

The sticky wall dress is torn and dirty, no maintenance and never wash the sticky wall dress.

Safety and surroundings are terrible! They’re just open for operation around in oct but in november we can see the floor are cracked & got sand all over the place. Even the stairs to enter kids play area near the trampoline they didnt put any safety mat; the stairs was so slippery my daughter fell down & knocked in the back of her head. They also dont have an entrance door to separate outsiders & parents who paid for the tickets. Meaning anyone or strangers can enter freely because the staff didn’t even checked people who come & go in the premise. Tickets are quite expensive to compare with the playing area. Expensive considering the attractions available. The seating area located next to rows of merchandise. Can see stock of mineral bottles piled up. Can't u put that in store room? Staff- only 1 staff taking payments for entry and selling drinks. had to wait for almost 10mins for him to let me and my kids in.

Snacks- none. Just canned drinks and mineral water.
