Being a regular to McD, we planned a dinner in McD last night (06.03.2021). As we reach, the outlet was very crowded as usual and we had our turn to place order at self service kiosk. Upon paying for the bill, the counter staff told us the chicken will take 15 mins to fry and if it is ok? We agreed and waited. After 15 mins plus, our number was called and we only had burger n fries ready. The manager who happened to be there told us the chicken will be ready in another 5 mins. We waited, after another 15 mins or so, we got our chicken, but only one set of 3 pcs. Another set was not there. As we were siting near the counter, 2 sets came from kitchen, 1 set was taken by the lady manager and asked the staff to "masak lain la". The counter staff came n told us that the kitchen staff forgot 1 order and we need to wait for another 15 mins.. at this point we were so upset as there were so many 15 mins wait. My question is, how could the kitchen staff make such mistake when the order sheet clearly shows 2 sets.. also oy was obvious that the manager was taking advantage on this situation. We could have been fussy and made a scene there. But we didnt want to. Meanwhile, we ordered larde ice choco, when it was given without whippimg cream on top. The reason was therr is no stock in all outlets. Should have told us earlier so we can decide if we re ok with that or not. After a bit of fuss, was refunded for the iced choco. And finally we got our 2nd set of chicken after 45 mins of total waiting time. This is rediculus. We noticed the staff we a jolly bunch with loud chatter and singing at the kitchen, but it for sure brings down the image of McD. Efore leaving, we opened the paclage to see if everyghimg was ok, 1 piece of chicken was missing. Asked ghe staff, everything is closed and of need to prepare, need another 15 plus which i dong yhink gonna happen. We just left the outlet with frustration. After many years of dining in McD, this is the worse. The managent should seriously look into...

I redeemed a Sundae Cone with 500pts and choose to pick up in this outlet. Meanwhile my data very weak and the free Sundae Cone showed unavailable in check out page. Then i show to this staff and he throw me an impatient face, after a few tries with my phone outside of the restaurant still not available for check out, he just ignored me as i’m standing infront of the order counter. He just leave from the counter where i’m standing infront of it and he serving another customer. What is this service attitude? Although it’s just an ice cream but i spend alot in mcd to get the point for redeem. Pls avoid this...

We followed up with the manager in charge multiple times to enquire about readiness status, And the only response we got was “wait ah, hold on ah, later”.
Imagine waiting for 40 mins after our order# was reflected in “for serving” tv screen. To make it worse, we saw our empty tray with our order# , and the staff was casually packing for every other order # except ours. Why did the staff pack orders without follow the numbers in an ascending order? Where is the process ? I am both surprised & disappointed of this mis-management for such a big fast food chain.
