Restoran Cili Merah — Restaurant in Shah Alam

I was cheated in broad daylight today by the staff at cili merah. A small piece of curry chicken was labelled chicken kurma which entitled them to charge rm5.50 a piece instead of rm1.80! A small piece of chicken and a bit of rice cost rm7.30! Daylight robbery! Worst yet, the owner did not know the diff between the two dishes and just shrugged off my complaint. Not the first time this has happened. My family and i went on 2 separate occasions and ordered the same thing but were charged differently both times! Never going there again, ever and will advise others not to if you dont want...

My personal opinion . These place serves many variety of choices . Which is nice and good . One bad thing is service is bad seriously speaking as for me . Then the price is very expensive actually NOT worth at all . What I don't understand despite expensive people still go and eat well I don't see other ethnic groups goes there at all . Excepts working day you can see others races . I am sure owners could not be bothered . Used to be my favorite northern style cooking. Just like home cooking. Now food prices getting expensive. (Updated Feb 2020)... . Food price expensive and less tasty. Now 1 star 🌟 (Updated Oct22) price of food item had gone sky high, to the level of ridiculous. 1 star.

There's alternative of similar food choice (Northern cuisine) at Pak Su Corner orie 13 (TTDI Adina, next to section 13 lotus). Price is more reasonable and taste of food much better. 5star.
