On my recent visit to Super Saigon Shah Alam, I was treated to an exceptional Vietnamese dining experience that left a lasting impression — especially thanks to their buttercream latte, which I’ll boldly say is the best I’ve ever had.

Special Beef Combination Pho The pho arrived steaming hot, fragrant with a deep, rich broth that clearly had hours of love behind it. Packed with tender slices of beef, beef balls, tendon, and tripe, every spoonful was a comforting balance of hearty meat and aromatic spices. The noodles were perfectly cooked and didn’t turn soggy even after sitting for a while — a major plus.

Dry Wok Beef Koew Tiaw This dish was a pleasant surprise. The wok hei was strong, giving the noodles that irresistible smoky depth. The beef was marinated just right — juicy, slightly charred, and full of flavor. A squeeze of lime elevated everything. Definitely a must-try if you want something more stir-fried than soupy.

Buttercream Latte – The Star of the Show Now, let’s talk about the real MVP: the buttercream latte. One sip and I was hooked. It’s creamy without being heavy, delicately sweet with a velvety finish, and the coffee itself is bold yet smooth. The buttercream topping gave it a luxurious texture and a flavor that lingers beautifully. Hands down, the best buttercream latte I’ve ever had — I’d come back...

Made a reservation in the afternoon through their website but the system could only cater up to 6 people. So I called them to do another booking of 7 adults and 2 children. Staff was very friendly from answering the call, welcoming us into the restaurant, up till we were done.

Came here to celebrate our parents anniversary since it was close to home as well. We were all happy and satisfied with the friendly staff service, generous hearty food portion, as well as how fast the foods were served upon ordering despite it being dinner time. We had family members who were fasting so the fast service really was a plus point.

Staffs were all so very nice attending to our multiple requests and needs. Despite being busy, a staff named Delwer attended to our family's requests nicely. He even intervened when he saw us needing or looking for assistance, e.g. taking group photo, extra cutleries, adding orders, cleaning our tables and brought out the cake, etc.

Ambience was a win too. Has a...

Super Saigon in Shah Alam exceeded my expectations with their outstanding food and delightful atmosphere. I was fortunate to visit during Father's Day , which had a free pho meal when redeemed. The standout of my experience was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by Delwar, a waiter who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. Delwar's attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and insightful recommendations truly made us feel valued as customers. The Vietnamese cuisine at Super Saigon was a delightful blend of flavors, with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. The restaurant's inviting ambiance and comfortable seating arrangements further enhanced our experience. Super Saigon in Shah Alam is a must-visit for those seeking a memorable dining experience, especially with Delwar's exceptional service and the added charm of Father's Day...

Came back from a vacation in Vietnam a month ago & we miss Pho & Banh Mi. So we came to this restaurant. 3 things we discovered: 1. The Pho tasted quiet different from the one we had in Vietnam. The taste more like a normal beef soup noodles. The Banh Mi here was okay & worth the price. But, I prefer Pho & Banh Mi in Vietnam. 2. The toilet was not that clean. The 5 ⭐ rate was in May last year. Most toilets in Vietnamese restaurant were sparkling clean. Not sure why Malaysia cannot emulate this. 3. I found a strand of hair in the pho (see pic) & I complained to the staff. So they did not charge my Pho. For that, I appreciate the kind gesture. But to be honest, I don't expect this kind of experience in the restaurant that offers quite a pricey foods. All in all, hope you all can improve the cleanliness in preparing the food, and your toilet too. Tqvm

The Pho beef is superb! Bahn Mi on the other hand is fine. Love the generous amount of green onions, cilantro, taugeh and herbs they throw in my bowl. It’s almost the same amount that any Vietnamese restaurant would provide when in Saigon. Always more and never less. That’s one of the essence on how to determine if it’s a good Pho. The meat, stomach, stripes and tendons were tender yet chewable at the same time. Can’t imagine if it has a branch in my place, I would be visiting once every fortnight. However, I only have one hygiene concern which is kitchen/food prep counter staffs are not wearing masks/mouth cover while prepping food, noticed them laughing and chitchatting happily while preparing the food. It’s great that they enjoy their work, I hope I can enjoy my food in peace too.

Decided to give it a try after passing by a lot of times. The pho was just okay, but it doesn't meet my expectations and lacks seasoning (at least they put the veggies aside, a fantastic move 👍🏻). I ordered fried spring rolls as well, and they tasted great and crispy. However, i find it to be a bit expensive for this food category, where our bill's grand total was RM70 for two people, despite having ordered plain water for both of us. Furthermore, kindly consider turning down the music volume a little bit, or it would be great if you could change the music from Malay rock jiwang songs to a more relaxing, soothing music. A tranquil ambience makes the food taste better 😌
