My family and I dined in today, and sadly the service was very poor (except for one kind staff who thanked us before we left, really appreciate her!).

We had issues with the Honey Lemonade Matcha looking and tasting completely different from the menu, and a strand of hair was found on the boiled egg in the curry set (sorry, don't have photo as a proof). Staff were slow to respond even after pressing the call bell several times, and one staff showed an unpleasant attitude after replacing the plate.

To make things worse, I saw the same staff talking and making faces toward our table very unprofessional, especially in a place full of mirrors.

We’re not asking for special treatment, just basic courtesy and professionalism. Hope management takes this...

Airconed In-mall local franchising restaurant, price is reasonable, service is acceptable, food is okok...everything is so so okok..

Suggested order the food with different "colours", avoid from order too many curry or Rendang items, the curry dishes kind of salty actually...and taste almost the same. Maybe just 1 or 2 curry items then mix with other Western items, would be nice i think. Drinks is okok too..

Came during the Buka Puasa time, and their management is good, almost full house at that time, but everyone can get their food 1 by 1 (maybe around 15 minutes of waiting), love their "zero-fat-meat" Satay Chicken, little bit oily but I like it..my Niece finished the Nasi Lemak without sharing, i guess the...

Service was bad. Greeted by cold faces and I almost trip on my way in because the floor is slippery. When i pointed this matter to the waitress, they just turn to deaf ear and continue chatting.

Not first time here after their opening but this meal was tasted terribly. The pandan chicken served with petai fried rice was cold inside. The egg looked so unattractive, dry and tasteless, just a flat thin piece. The paparam is no longer crispy.

Second dish is the mantao (white bun) with a bowl of curry chicken. As you can see from the closed up picture, the bun are dense, hard to chew!

Lastly is the bobochacha dessert. The yam and sweet potato are still hard and the sago are sticked together.

I will...

Hmm. The decor was promising. The menu was promising. The pictures and posters were promising. But Little Nyonya fails to deliver. For the prices charged, the quality of food was terrible. The ais kacang was the worst culprit. I have to pay more than RM10 for the bowl of dessert but 95% is shaved ice. When I scooped the ice away, I saw a shallow layer of the ingredients that make up a bowl of ais kacang. Total rip-off. Nasi lemak with ayam goreng at Rm16.90 is slightly better in terms of value for money. But the plate was not an enjoyable meal. It screams of "fast food convenience" and I find it a major failure for a place with such a promising restaurant name.
