Restoran Big Eye Seafood — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

I went this restaurant on 5/2/2022 around 5:30p.m.. This is my first time went to this restaurant, this experience make me not satisfied and will not visit this restaurant next time. The first impression of this restaurant is very big and look like very new, ofc it have many workers. But after we sat down we don't get the menu from the workers, even the customer come after us get the menu. After that, we realized just have one person take order for the whole shop, we have to wait the only person to serve us. We ordered the food without menu (we don't have any idea about the price of the food) and the person who take order look like didn't care abt this situation. I don't know whether is this restaurant just have one person take order and one person cook while other workers are just standing or not, they take quite long time to cook. We wait for about 40 minutes. The kamhiong lala is cold, I think it was just took from the freezer and just cook for a while. Not the whole plate, but I think it was a part of the plate are cold. A place to get tasty dishes. Often I tapau Hokkien Mee, Hokkien Mee Hun, Singapore Mee Hun and all other noodles because I feel that they noodles experts. But decided to try other common dishes with family with dine-in and its really nice specifically each of the items have its own tastes. The restaurant usually flocked with local people from Seri Kembangan and almost full house on weekends. Its clean, not too noisy, well lit and easy to access. But only have a few parking lots available. Thus can park the car on nearby streets. The food will be prepared on-time and quantity also good. There are many staffs that can help with your orders and servings. Again, the food tastes good and I can recommend this restaurant for the first-timers. The price is quit reasonable as well (my opinion). All this 8 items + Fresh Orange juice & Chinese Tea Pot (refillable) costs RM242 for 6 adults. I've eaten here several times over the years as my parents live nearby, but the quality has definitely gone downhill. On our last visit, we booked a table over the phone and specifically asked not to be seated near the toilet — and yet, that’s exactly where we were placed.

Ordered takeaway fried rice recently and it was awful — tasted like it was made from old leftovers, mushy and oily. It was raining heavily so we didn’t bother going back for a refund, but it was disappointing.

Another time, we clearly asked for no meat in the egg omelette due to dietary reasons, but it still came with meat. That’s unacceptable.
