The main dishes selection very limited, 2 soups, few pasta dishes and few pizza selection. A creamy pasta priced at RM27 but it seems like precooked and reheated, and the pasta were all break into strokes, personally don’t feel it justified the price. Tried also fluffy bun, with pumpkin cheese, the bun indeed fluff and taste great. All else, it gave kinda feeling the bake goods were all pre-baked for quite sometime, wrap in cling wrap and placed in fridge. It just seems to me not like a daily fresh bake, just personal feelings. It may turn out taste great given the bun we tried indeed great. Well, we are heading here for some staple foods but the menu selection and availability indeed disappointing. Waitress on the day service could be better, mushroom soup ordered but not available, when we check out the bill, the item was not cancelled in the order list and got charged. All the bread on display with a variety of flavours (pumpkin, tea, cheese, chocolate, etc.) are actually sourdough that are individually packed and frozen as the Bread Display is a freezer itself. Upon checking with the staff if any of the wide range of sourdough bread have a strong sourdough flavour she feedback there was none. Taste wise, indeed the sourdough taste wasn't strong, just a light taste hence it's more of enjoying bread with light sourdough flavour with variety of unique uncommon flavours but with it comes a higher price. Good thing is that the staff is patient & friendly to explain on the different types of flavour, how long it last (2 days outside & 2 months in the freezer) & how to warm it up; it's surprising some other staff are not as pleasing or not well versed in this area such as SDS Bakery. The decoration and design of the restaurant was creative. However, the food and services were not up to the same standards. The service was poor as waitresses were unfamiliar of their own menu and were unable to communicate clearly, which led to misunderstandings between orders. Furthermore was the inconvenience of wrong orders being served due to said "printing errors" according to the manager, with the unavailability of ingredients which were not stated beforehand. Apart from this was bland and tasteless food such as the tuna and ebiko sandwich where there was an absence of ebiko, as well as the scallop brioche where three 10-cent-sized scallops are poorly assembled between lettuce and two stale buns which was utterly dissapointing.
