Baker cottage yang paling teruk. Beli set nasi ayam dengan macau egg tart, tapi tart dan lain2 item casher lupa masukkan sekali. Sampai rumah baru perasan set nasi ayam tak lengkap, hanya diberi nasi dan ayam sahaja walaupun beli set 1, sedangkan lain2 item dikenakan bayaran (boleh rujuk gambar resit). Sila bagi latihan kepada staff dan minta staff ikut SOP bila ambil order, kalau tak isu sama berulang lagi.

Sebelum ini pun kena juga, ada saja item yang tak cukup. Kepada pembeli, hati2 dengan Baker cottage Sri Serdang ini. Check dulu item masing2 sebelum tinggalkan kaunter supaya tidak menyesal.
