Will never ever visit here again. Poor service, poor communication and poor standard. Ordered hainan fried chicken chop, Mee Siam fried chicken and so on. After ordered, staff came with order slip and told us the fried chicken chop need to wait 20mins, asked whether ok to wait or can change it so my family members decided to change. Then she went back and come back with new slip, and we realize she cancelled the mee siam fried chicken instead of hainan chic chop. We went and clarify with the staff and they are not willing to alter as she said the order slip already in. I just not understand the order slip already in and you can asked us to change because of the 20 mins waiting time but can’t change after you cancel the wrong menu. Please get a staff that can communicate to avoid miscommunication again! Other than that, 9.30pm close shop, toilet already close for cleaning at 9pm. Had a chance to check out this new spot in Seri Kembangan called A Gong Kopitiam. The place has a bunch of choices on the menu, all bright and inviting. I went for the wantan mee with curry chicken and mee siam with some awesome Malay-style fried chicken. The servings are massive – you won't leave hungry, that's for sure. Glanced over at the next table, and their Hainanese chicken chop was just as huge. The flavors? They've got that classic, old-school taste that fits the shop's vibe perfectly. Also grabbed some half-boiled eggs and kaya toast – toast was super crispy, just how I like it. Their signature coffee was alright, nothing to write home about. Service was on point, real quick. I’ve been to this restaurant several times, but every visit has been disappointing because of the poor service.

The food and prices are fine, but the staff’s attitude is terrible. Basic customer service, like responding to customers, is completely lacking. We called for help to order and ask questions, but no one came, even though it wasn’t busy. My mom and sister asked for the table to be cleaned, but the staff ignored them. When I went to the counter to redeem a free coffee, I greeted the cashier politely, but she ignored me. When I asked if the coffee could be cold, she just nodded without saying a word.

This kind of service will drive customers away. A good restaurant needs friendly and well-trained staff. I hope the management...
