After incident of penang cafe owner surcharging customer for not ordering drinks. Here's this owner of the kopitiam, disallowing customer to bring in drinks without signs or anything, just verbally inform. After we seated, he tried but gt turned down by us BUT still grabbed away all the drinks to keep in his custody saying he dont wanna let other customer to misunderstood him for giving us special treatment. BUT the drink he took away are just simply left at a corner with lots of peoples passing by (customers, staff as well as owner himself). There's no guarantee one might knock over the drinks or insect casually land on our straws etc. He cameback to further explained himself but we all know that what triggered him was he knew that we are not ordering drinks from him.
