First of all lets talk about their service. Odette had an event on valentines day, which has a full course menu specially made for that day. I went to Odette in Puchong Malaysia a few days before valentines, The worker showed me around and I had chosen a place upstairs near the window. On the actual day, they gave me a place right in front of the bar which was under the spotlight. the workers are standing beside me talking and it felt so uncomfortable. So obviously, there was a lack of privacy with my partner. I then requested to change place but they gave me a suttle attitude towards me but I ignored that. Finally after around 15 minutes I finally had the spot that I BOOKED in the first place.

Moving on, my partner and I ordered our food and waited for a long time before the first meal had arrived. But the first dish that came in was not the soup or the appetizer, it was the freaking main course. 1 of the main course meal had came before anything which left us confuse. we could not even ask the waiter because there was no waiters around us for 15 minutes. then came the soup finally which was very weird because they served 1 main course meal then only proceeded with the actual menu. The soup was a Roasted cauliflower Mushroom soup that was extremely bland. Furthermore, the appetizer which was their Odette handmade rolls. Basically the handmade rolls was a joke. the salted egg overpowered every other meat in the roll and it was just too salty and tasted very weird.

By this time, my partners main course meal became cold and it was very hard to ask them to reheat it because there was no waiters around us and they had no system for us to call them. Then my main course finally came which was the Spain Iberico pork ribs. The description on the dish mentioned crispy wedges with some wine infused mushroom sauce. however the actual dish that came was some overcooked pork ribs with bland POTATO FRIES with some vegetables put on the side. The sauce was not even creamy wine infused mushroom sauce it was just garlic with Chili. What a disappointment.

Finally, it was time for our dessert which was a Chocolate brownie. but we waited for almost half and hour or longer and the food did not came nor any waiters. So since there was no system for us to call them I had to walk downstairs to ask the waiters for our brownie. They did responded but in a confuse way. So I went back upstairs to wait again. After 15 minutes or so, the brownie did not came yet So i went back down AGAIN to ask again and they said ok. After waiting for ANOTHER 10 minutes the waiters finally came but they came with not a brownie but a freaking pizza and a poorly cut chocolate cake? like hello? we didn't even mentioned pizza and the full course menu did not consist and sort of pizza...... I then mentioned again about the freaking brownie and the waiter came again with yet another poorly cut peanut butter cake and ANOTHER PIZZA FOR THE SECOND TIME. They said that they ran out of brownies. LIKE HELLO? why didn't they mentioned it in the first place.....

In summary, the service is extremely bad, the food is a total joke which cost me freaking RM 300 plus and the only thing keeping the place alive is the interior. Honestly the restaurant is the perfect candidate for Kitchen Nightmares. IT IS NOT WORTH WHAT I PAID AND I THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME...

This is not a place for claustrophobic person 🤣🤣 too much of decoration going on and the 1 star are actually for the decoration and effort of interior design team that trying to come up with different concept.

Zero star for customer service and food

I came in today for lunch. A male staff presented us set lunch menu only. I was hoping he will give me more options in ala cart menu list. When I wanted to ask for more drink menu he keep saying ‘since you chooses food from lunch set you get this drink from free drink selection’ and I told him any other drink menu that I can look at. He sarcastically told me yes we have BUT it’s ala cart and you have to pay extra. So I said bring in the menu to me. He again emphasise to me YOU GET THIS DRINK FOR FREE you don’t have to pay. It’s not about free or not free I just want more options. At this point i don’t want to argue with him anymore and just choose random drink from the free list. So arrogant and annoying attitude ! He just make this place looks trashy. Bad moves there. When the food come . For this kind of cafe I expect more . It is too normal I think! I ordered rib eyed steak and it is dry & chewy. You guys need to revamp the menu listing and have your own signature dishes . What you have right now is very ‘common’. Nothing to shout about .

Any there’s a lot of room for improvement, always make your customer feels welcome....

On the 10th of March , My friend & I went to the restaurant & bar have our dinner over there. My Friend brought Me for my birthday treat at Odette. We ordered Beef Tenderloin Steak set and Crispy Chicken set , Calamari Set , Mocktail drink and a Soju drink. Their Service was fast. The crispy chicken set was crispy plus was tasty 😋 & the Beef Tenderloin Steak set was tasty and the meat was medium rare cooked 🤌🏼. My fav was the Calamari fried , the meat wasn’t Chewy but it was soft and crunchy 😍. Actually I forget the The Mocktail drink name 😅 , it wasn’t so sweet but the sweetness went well with the soda 🥤🫶🏽. For me was the Soju and the combination with Beef Tenderloin Steak set , it really went well 🙌🏽❤️. Top most is the Place , it’s like a Fairy Tale Version interior 👀❤️. This place is mostly for Dating Spot , Group Of families, Friends Spot & Etc 😉. This restaurant & Bar it’s not Halal because in the menu , They Serve Pork sets ☺️. This place will be Definitely for Romantic Date ❤️. I highly recommend you guys to try out this place and Their Food as well 🫶🏽. Lastly we enjoyed our Dinner and Satisfied with their service and Meals ❤️. Hope you guys will...
