Update October 2023:
There is an awesome edition to the team aside from Yogen: Steven.
He is attentive, eager to please and full of alacrity.
Dining in with Steven's care is simply amazing.
Update September 2023:
2 months since the below review, the standard of service seemed to have dipped.
Largely ignored by the yellow tee staffs throughout the evening (I do not have their names) for just a glass of water for the baby, save for Yogen who got on to it immediately, who is the most hands on person I have witnessed throughout the evening. From clearing tables, serving food, taking requests from diners, handling walk in patrons, manning the till, promoting biscuits, supervising the floor, Yogan is everywhere. If anyone deserves a payrise, I have my hands up for Yogan! The rest of the staffs...meh.
Food is still pleasant nonetheless.
As at June 2023: A pleasant welcome at the door by Phillip, who is attentive and communicative. Clean and neat set up, seating well spaced out for a roomy ambience. The noodle served was well maintained in heat despite the airy and cool atmosphere. With a satisfying sumptuous amount, the yummy meal left the reviewer satisfied. Workers around came round soon after to clear the...
Read moreThis is not my 1st time there. I brought 8 persons there as i really like the food and environment there. But not this time, the food here was great and perfect as usual. But the service that provided by this brunch was terrible. Most of the workers are not well trained. Especially the manager. He choose to lie to customer instead of listening to the customer explanation.
The dessert was served earlier but i requested to serve it after meal. Written and reminded by us when the unprofessional stuff take our order. When the stuff heard i say serve it after meal, he bring back the dessert. That time the dessert still looked nice and cold.
However, When time we wanna eat the dessert, i tell the manager to serve the dessert to us cz we already finished the meal. Then the manager brought us the one that served to us jz nw which is not like what we saw jz nw and obviously is the one that served to us earlier. We try to explain but he doesn't even want to listen to what we wanna say. He din even ask the stuff whether it's fresh make or not. As long as the manager is there, i wont go to that brunch forever. Really not professional and ego. Really terrible experience at this brunch....
Read moreI have no problem with food here. But was not comfortable with the service. Put a "No Parking" Sign on roadside is never enough, but also put 2 staffs standing there to stop ppl from parking at the entrance. I was bringing 2 small kids with me for my last visit, it was going to rain and i saw there is a space for me to park next to the No Parking sign. I was trying to make our dinner as closed as possible to the entrance as i do not have an umbrella with me. Your staffs immediately came and tell "there are so many parkings why must you park here?". Fine, i explained to your staffs my reason but never being taken into consideration. They insisted that i cant park there. Hello, i did not park exactly at where u put your "No Parking" sign, my car was next to it (eventhough its closed) also not allowed. I dont understand why you take the parking space more serious than business. I turned down my daughter's request to Mama Kim for the very first time for this coz i need to get a restaurant with shelter without putting my daughters in rain. Will reconsider if worth the next visit for a non-kids friendly service. By the way, do u get approval from MBSJ to stop ppl from taking a...
