Menu-5⭐ Western chop from PORK, chicken, salmon & fish, beaf even lamp with variety of cooking style and flavour. Fusion of authentics chop with modern flavour, also serving other western dishes like waffle and pasta. I would recommend if u wanna try western chop where u can taste lot of different style than typical Manhattan fish market or western food.
Food-4⭐ When first look on the menu and full crowd even at lunch time, got high expectation. Yet, the grilled pork chop dissapoints me. Well, flavour is OK, just the meat is dry. Prefer more juicy and tender. Other than that is totally up to good restaurant standard.
Portion-5⭐ Overall dishes is just enough to make u full. The portion of the pork chop also is 2 medium slides. Price is also not expensive, as consider the whole theme of the restaurant is moving toward classy place, below RM20 to 20+ for single dish is worth it.
Atmosphere-3.5⭐ No complain about service, even full of crowd, the staff still take patient to serve all of the customer. But the place is a bit hot and no soap for hand washing. Hygiene is important especially western food required to use hand for burger or fries.
Overall, would still recommend to others and would come back to try other chops also. Yet, just hope the pork chop...
Read moreNot our first, but definitely our last time here. We ordered our food around 1.30pm & waited almost an hour but nothing came other than drinks. We checked with the waitress, she took our order slip & said she’ll check on it. 10 mins later she didn’t get back to us & our order slip was gone. We checked on it again with the same waitress & her reply was “it’s the kitchen staff’s break time so it will take longer.” Excuse me? I waited an hour, with your restaurant running you expect all your customers to wait this long because it’s your kitchen staff’s break time, which happens to be peak business hours during lunch? Why don’t you just close for lunch if you can’t cook for customers’ lunch? Definitely the most ridiculous reason I’ve ever heard.
We decided to pay for our drinks & leave since it was already 2.55pm & we were all starving. While we were about the settle our bill at the counter, our food miraculously was ready. So we decided to not waste it. Unfortunately, they were cold & horrible, only the sauces were warm. I rarely leave a bad review on google because i believe that businesses need our support to keep going when times are tough but i would like the restaurant’s management to also know that this excuse from your staff...
Read moreWent today for lunch with the kids. Shop looked clean, with clean tables... Then the daughter saw one of the staff behind the counter poking his teeth with his fingers and a second later, handled the plates of food to be served. Then, food arrived. We ordered 3 dishes. Hainanese chicken chop. Was kinda dry, like it was defrosted in the microwave, then only deep fried. Resulted in the chicken very dry n stringy, like crunchy chicken floss strands. Then the boy had a beef steak. This one.. I don't know how to describe but the texture n color indicated a old piece of meat. Outside was cooked, and I'm sure it's done 75% however, the colour in the undercooked portions made us worry that we may get tummy aches. The last dish, pls just don't order the value set lunch, the Hong Kong style rice bento. It was really just rice with a few slices of chinese sausage, n some condiments of pickled veg, cabbage n rolled egg omelette.
I won't go again. And I really don't understand how people can rate it 4.5. Beats me. But the staff were OK... Just their cleanliness is questionable.... I mean... He was digging his tooth with a finger, didn't wash, but served fresh...
