McDonald's BHP Jalan Kewajipan DT — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

POOR SERVICE. I’ve ordered the hawaiian chicken burger but in the end they served the burger without pineapple in it. Only after I followed up with the staff, they mentioned that the pineapple (which unfortunately is the point I order this set at the first place) has sold out. 1, If there is no pineapple anymore, shouldn’t it be striked off from the menu? 2, Shouldnt the staff inform customer when the food is served? I feel scammed as they just served it without informing and hoping I don’t find it out? Nevertheless, I just asked the staff to give me back the burger, its fine without the pineapple since i’m hungry. But the burger only came back to me after I followed up AGAIN. They forgot bout my burger, and thats not the worst thing yet. The burger that they served me the second time was with BEEF patty. I ORDERED CHICKEN FOR A REASON. Oh, and, we ordered 2 set meal which supposed to come with medium drinks but guess what? They served me 2 small drinks. It amazed me how they can messed up almost everything...

McDonald’s BHP Jalan Kewajipan should be boycotted folks! Imagined after waiting for 10 minutes and watching 3 staff preparing and packing orders, the car I front of me gets its order. I pull up to the front window for my order only to my horror to see from my rear window after 10 minutes the car behind me gets its order. The next car pulls up and gets its order too. So I did what us Malaysian drivers do, immediately reverse to the window at my back, yes reserving in the drive-thru! Surprise, surprise....the staff didn't even know my order, took my receipt and no apology at all until I asked "What am I waiting for". Only then he said "Sorry la" , handed my order and closed the window! Service SUCKS people....not just here but almost every outlet....NO MORE SIMPLE...

BAD ATTITUDE WHEN SERVING CUSTOMER !

I drive-thru to buy Mcdonald. From the first station I order from a Malay, he’s not that friendly.

I ordered 1sprite and 1coke but at last when i pick up my order they said to me that I’m the one who order 2coke and the staff gave me 2coke.. I request to change to sprite few time, they’re not willing to change for me.

At last I wanted to find the malay guy that I ordered with, but he didn’t appear so the staff change the coke to sprite for me ..

Wouldn’t buy there anymore, unfriendly staff and bad attitude!

IF YOU INCHARGE CUSTOMER SERVICE SO PLEASE ACT A GOOD ATTITUDE!

Please take action to those bad attitude staff and train them properly to serve...
