Restoran Natasha 24 Jam — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

I’ve been living at this condo for 1.5 years. When I first moved in at the end of 2021, the rental price was considered quite cheap in this area. It’s next to Bandar Sunway, very accessible if you using BRT or LRT to transport, and Mydin is just in front of you.

What I like about this condo is that it’s relatively new, maybe around 2-3 years old, 2 blocks with 3 lifts/each block, always working and well maintained. Every morning the cleaning ladies would go and clean the aisle and empty trash bins on each floor.

Swimming pool and gym also well maintained, decent view with all glass doors and windows. The only bad thing about the pool is it’s always cold, maybe be cause there’s almost no direct sunlight during the day.

The management is available during the week, so you can easily contact them for help. The guards are also very friendly and responsive.

Disadvantages of the place: very very bad jam at Damen traffic lights, this place is a bottle-neck area of USJ 1, so you need to give 2nd thought if you are driving ☹️.

Otherwise, if you are foreigners/ expats, students or working adults who work around Bandar Sunway or Subang Jaya, this is a good place...

I have been living here for around 4 month. Apartment is new and the facility is nice. There is an infinity pool, and a gym. It is close from Mydin, Giant, Summit, and Damen. It takes only 1 minute from the station too. However, there are some problems I am facing. Since I moved in to this apartment, I have been suffering because of the construction noise. I understand that it is a new apartment, but it is been already 4 month. This sound is distructing my daily activities. Apart from that, our unit is having leakage in a bathroom, pipe under the sink is leaking, and the water is overflowing from the drain. Moreover, I am living in a master room, but wifi is in the living room, so wifi could not reach to the master room, therefore, I had to buy an extension. I have been facing so many defects. I think the construction have not conducted well. This apartment did not meet my expectations. I do not recommend people to live here. Because of the leakage in the bathroom, I have to be at home for three days for construction though this is not my fault. Meanwhile, I can not take a shower there. This is really disappointing and I don't want to live...

Updating my review: I think the management really listens to the reviews and they’ve improved greatly. Although earlier this year I encountered my parcels/food being stolen when I dont pick it up asap, they did put up notices outside near the table about theft. I haven’t had my food stolen ever since then (which im so grateful for).

The parcel drop off area is also now very organised with the partition for Block A and B! Securities and cleaners who work here are also very friendly.

My only complaint is of how bad the noise insulation are between floors. The ceiling is very thin to the point where I can hear and see my ceiling slightly shake when my upstair neighbour open/close their bedroom door :/ (So imagine how construction noises sound like😅) Not very ideal for those who are sensitive to noises.

But overall a great and convenient place to stay since it’s near to the BRT. The Lifts also work really well🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 - not a lot of...
