New Town Hotel USJ Sentral — Hotel in Subang Jaya

The interior of the room is very worrying because it is quite dirty with water leakage stains and unclean floors. The cleanliness level is also quite poor because you can see mold on the walls of the room and the surface where you put things. The room preparation is very disorganized and unprofessional. The dirt from the previous customer is still there and not cleaned properly. The room smells of cigarettes and the sheets smell and the bath towels are very thin because they have been used for too long and have not been changed. I stayed at the New Town Hotel in USJ Sentral for 1 night only. It was for business. It was my first time staying and that's what i normally do. I would try out new hotels to stay whenever i have my monthly meeting/seminar. ||||Anyway, straight forward here - the lobby can have better interior, seats....the person in-charge/receptionist should at least be more presentable and at least have service training.....The room is in need of refurbishment, the walls are old, faded paint, the bed sheet not clean, basically the rom look...

1.Always keep the room prepare to use before your guest arrive .. do not make us yo wait 30 mins ..

I booked Queen bed room but I got single bed room.. bcz of no room.. why didn't cancel our booking if no rooms? .. rm 84 for that? And you have no spare bedrooms ... you made us to wait 30 mins just to let us know this ..

Dirty rooms , damages .. honestly this is not professional business ..

I will NEVER recommend this...
