PREPARE FOR 50 RINGGIT DEPOSIT!!!!! OR ELSE YOU WILL BE ABANDONED AT THE LOBBY!!!!!! UGHHHH!!!

First of all, the staff at the receptionist is very unwelcoming. When I reached here, she wasn’t at the counter, I have to wait for her lol😤? Oh ya, I did call for double confirming the room, and she was impolite in the call. IF DONT KNOW HOW TO ANSWER CALL POLITELY, PLEASE DONT WORK AS RECEPTIONIST OR THE COMPANY SHOULD SEND FOR TRAINING TO IMPROVE THE SKILL WHILE DEALING WITH THE CUSTOMER**

When I was waiting for my partner to reach, she couldn’t check in the room for me because I was ran out of cash. She insisted with the 50 ringgit deposit.

So I’ve been sitting at the lobby in the midnight while waiting for my partner to reach here from another state. They provided touch n go also the bank qr, but it’s useless!!!!!!!!

I suggested her to hold my IC or my bank card or the only cash I have which is 20 ringgit in my wallet, but she just ignored and asked me to wait for my partner to reach and pay the 50 ringgit deposit.

Please improve your service🥺, I’m pretty sure u want your customer to be satisfied with your business right? Please hire someone which can speak to the customer nicely.

Good enough for a short stay.I brought my own towel, toilet slippers, insect spray and bed sheet cover after reading some of the reviews. Turns out not as bad as I expected thankfully. I’m so glad there’s no roaches or insects. I recently stayed at Hotel 99 Seri Kembangan for 3 days and 2 nights, and my experience was extremely disappointing. While the location is convenient and the reception staff were friendly and professional, always attending to our calls promptly and with a smile, the cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable.

The rooms and toilets were filthy, with visible stains, dirt, and a strong unpleasant smell. The bedsheets were not changed and were visibly dirty, making the stay uncomfortable. Despite raising these concerns with the housekeeping team, no action was taken to resolve them.

Although my plans were extended, I chose not to extend my stay at this hotel due to the severe hygiene issues. For the price I paid, it was absolutely not worth it.
