Great atmosphere with classic HK pop songs on loop, great service from staffs as well.

Milk tea is good, it's sweetened, but you can request them not to, which is the option I appreciate

First pic was the polo bun with pork chop, eggs and vege sides. The bun is ok but little bit on dry side, pork chop is thin and well marinated with 南乳, and egg is good too

First visit I ordered the pork or chicken chop I forgot baked with macaroni, to date this is one of the shop offer best cheese bake I enjoy so far, ample of cheese, meat is marinated, white sauce is not too salty just nice and well with the macaroni, maybe need a bit more macaroni for me

Had lunch there. Char Siew rice is always my favourite when going to the Hong Kong style food. For me, the Char Siew here is quite fatty. Was expecting those nicely roasted one that have mixture or fatty and non-fatty Char Siew. Overall the food still taste good.

Also ordered the HK style yuen yeung. It taste good and was quite surprised the cup is quite big. It's value for money.

The only challenge is to get parking at the location. This area is now very crowded and have a lot of other business activities going on. So it might be hard to get parking space at certain period.

Overall experience here is the food taste good and there are variety of food to order...

1. wan tan mee with shrimp - it was just ok, no special taste or flavor to it
2. peanut butter egg toast - the bread texture was ok, stingy on peanut butter
3. curry fish ball - nothing special
4. Portuguese egg waffle - this is something unique and nice in term of texture, outside is slightly crispy while inner layer had egg tart
5. milk tea - not bad, the milk and carnation combination is there
6. pistachio tart - the tart texture was not bad, flaky and fragrant, but a bit oily, the pistachio do not have much taste to it
