Terra & Mar — Restaurant in Malé Atoll

Upon arrival, we are with 3 person, there was no employee to guide us the way. We were told off and scream at us when we try to open the door to ask if they were open. Finally we got it, it was a buffet dinner outside, no information on their app or what so ever and table reservation was not noticed. Eventually employee (Shiba) came and guide us to the farest table possible. I suggest to another table, 2 separated tables and combine that to one larger table. But that was out of the question and she force us to take seat at a 2 persons table and told us that today it was fully booked! However a moment later another 3 person group with privilege features & superior attitude of a Western country sit at the same table as I sugested, Shiba gave those people the most friendly smile like the crypto memecoin and help them put the table together! Where I come from it is not done to judge people by their appearance, but apparently that is common practice at Terra & Mar restaurant. Management came without any apology and defend their employee without hearing our side of the story. It was a total disappointment, I regret we came there and wasted my time. Just walk away and lost my apetite! Hope my story helps others and avoid experiencing...

I recently had the opportunity to visit your restaurant, and I would like to share my honest feedback.

Unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. One of the main issues was the lack of clarity regarding what items were included in the buffet and what were not, which led to confusion. Moreover, although it was promoted as an open buffet, I was surprised to find that even basic beverages such as water or soft drinks were not included and had to be paid for separately.

In addition to that, I found the quality of the food to be below average, and the variety of dishes offered was quite limited.

I visited Terra & Mar with my family of four, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Both the food and service were below average, especially considering the prices. Our meals took a long time to arrive and were served cold, suggesting they had been sitting in the kitchen for a while. Despite repeatedly asking for our drinks, they never arrived, along with the rest of our orders. We left feeling disappointed, having paid for a meal that simply did not meet our standards in terms of taste...
